【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 20일 민방위훈련에 이어 금왕 금빛체육센터에서 ‘2026년 을지연습 실제 훈련’을 연계해 진행했다.
민방위훈련에서는 공습경보 발령에 따른 신속한 대피 및 지정 대피소 집결, 방독면 착용 시범, 안전 대피 절차 교육 등이 이뤄졌다. 아울러 소방차와 구급차 등 긴급 출동 차량의 원활한 이동을 돕기 위해 길 터주기의 중요성을 안내하고 주민들의 실천을 독려했다.
이어 열린 실제 훈련에는 음성군청, 음성경찰서, 음성소방서, 제2161부대 제3대대, 한전 음성지사 등 5개 기관에서 120여 명이 참여해 비상 대응 체계를 점검했다.
이번 훈련은 드론을 활용한 폭발물 투하 및 무장 테러 등 최근 우려되는 신종 복합재난 상황에 맞춰 초기 대응과 기관 간 협업 역량을 실전처럼 가늠하는 데 주안점을 두었다. 명작페스티벌 연습으로 주민들이 모여 있는 체육센터에 미상의 폭발과 화재가 발생하고, 테러범이 2차 가해를 예고해 대규모 인명과 재산 피해가 우려되는 정황을 가상하여 훈련이 전개됐다.
