[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 민선 9기 산청군정을 이끌게 된 유명현 군수가 '다시 뛰는 산청, 행복한 군민'을 군정 비전으로 제시하며 인구소멸 대응과 지역경제 활성화에 역량을 집중하겠다고 밝혔다.
유 군수는 인구감소와 고령화, 지역경제 침체를 핵심 과제로 꼽고 ▲인구소멸 대응 ▲산업·경제 활성화 ▲사람 중심 복지 ▲안전·현장소통 등 4대 군정 목표를 중심으로 군정을 운영할 계획이다.
인구 유입을 위해 우주항공복합도시 배후산단과 세라믹 특화단지 조성, 금서 항노화일반산단 기업 유치 등을 추진하고, 청년 주거와 보육 지원을 확대해 정주여건을 개선한다는 구상이다. 원지 민자도시개발을 통한 국민임대주택 400세대 공급과 농촌 빈집 활용, 스마트팜 확대 등도 주요 과제로 제시했다.
지역경제 활성화를 위해서는 국도비 확보 전담체계를 구축하고 대형 국책사업과 민간투자 유치에 적극 나선다. 유 군수는 경남도 산업국장 재직 당시 정부 공모사업 유치 경험을 바탕으로 '예산 2조 시대'를 열겠다고 밝혔다.
농업 분야에서는 농업예산 확대와 함께 딸기, 곶감, 양봉 등 지역 특산물의 수출과 가공산업을 육성하고, 흑돼지와 한우의 디지털 전환, 산림소득 증대 사업 등을 추진할 계획이다.
관광 분야는 지리산과 동의보감촌을 연계한 웰니스 관광을 핵심 전략으로 내세웠다. 케이블카와 산악트램, UAM 버티포트 등 접근성 개선과 문화콘텐츠 확충을 통해 체류형 관광을 활성화하고 세계적 휴양도시 조성을 위한 민간투자 유치도 추진한다.
복지 분야에서는 사회복지 종사자 처우 개선과 함께 70세 이상 어르신 병원 동행 및 약 배달 서비스, AI 반려로봇과 스마트센서를 활용한 치매 관리체계 구축 등 노인복지 정책을 확대한다.
또 매월 군민과의 대화와 현장 간담회를 정례화해 주민 의견을 군정에 반영하는 현장 중심 행정을 강화하겠다고 밝혔다.
