이번 전문교육은 오는 8월 19일 배추·무 재배기술 교육을 시작으로 9월 23일까지 다채롭게 이어진다. 교육 과정은 고추, 토종종자, 참깨·들깨, 양봉, 농산물 마케팅, 콩, 농경지 토양오염 관리방법, 마늘·양파, 생성형 AI를 활용한 농산물 직거래 마케팅 등 농가 실무에 즉각 적용할 수 있는 총 10개 전문 과목으로 구성됐다.
앞서 농업기술센터는 지난 7월 20일부터 31일까지 교육포털 및 각 읍·면 행정복지센터를 통해 수강생을 모집했다. 다만 사전 신청을 놓친 지역 주민이라도 관심 있는 과목이 있다면 교육 당일 현장 접수를 통해 누구든지 청강할 수 있도록 참여 문턱을 낮췄다.
이번 프로그램은 올해 초 시행된 새해농업인실용교육 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 기획되어, 단순 품목별 재배 기법을 넘어 급변하는 농산물 유통 환경에 맞춘 최신 마케팅 교육까지 내실 있게 담아냈다.
