씨엔티테크가 여성 기술 기반 스타트업을 발굴하고 지원하기 위한 펨테크 특화 프로그램 운영에 나선다. 이번 사업은 중소벤처기업부와 한국여성경제인협회가 추진하는 ‘펨테크 산업 육성 사업’의 일환으로, 여성과 기술을 결합한 신산업 영역을 본격적으로 육성하기 위해 올해 처음 마련됐다.
지원 대상은 여성 소비자를 위한 제품·서비스·솔루션을 보유한 펨테크 기업으로, 기술 수준과 사업화 단계에 맞춘 액셀러레이팅과 자금 지원, 투자 연계, 마케팅 지원 등을 통해 성장 기반을 강화하는 것이 목적이다. 특히 업력 제한이 없고 기존 창업지원사업과의 중복 참여도 가능해 초기 스타트업뿐 아니라 성장 단계 기업까지 폭넓게 참여할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
사업화·투자·글로벌 진출까지… 펨테크 생태계 확장
씨엔티테크는 운영기관으로서 선정 기업에 최대 8천만원 규모의 사업화 자금을 지원하고, 우수기업 3개사에 대해서는 직접 투자도 추진할 계획이다. 또한 팁스(TIPS), 립스(LIPS) 등 후속 성장 프로그램 연계를 통해 사업화 이후 투자 유치까지 이어지는 구조를 마련한다.
이와 함께 여성 관련 펀드 운용 투자사 매칭, 국내외 전시회 참가, 홍보·마케팅 지원 등을 통해 기업의 시장 진입과 판로 확대를 지원할 방침이다. 이를 통해 단순 지원을 넘어 펨테크 분야의 산업 생태계 확장과 기업 경쟁력 강화를 동시에 추진한다는 전략이다.
씨엔티테크 측은 “업력 제한 없이 참여할 수 있고 기존 지원사업과 중복 참여가 가능한 펨테크 특화 프로그램은 드물다”며 “초기 기업뿐 아니라 투자와 시장 확대가 필요한 성장 기업까지 포괄해 산업 전반의 외연을 넓히는 계기가 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 이번 프로그램은 4월 30일 오후 4시까지 접수 가능하며, 온라인을 통해 신청할 수 있다.

CNT Tech is launching a specialized Femtech program to discover and support women-based technology startups. This initiative is part of the 'Femtech Industry Development Project' promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, and was established for the first time this year to actively foster new industrial sectors that combine women and technology.
The program targets Femtech companies possessing products, services, or solutions for female consumers, aiming to strengthen their foundation for growth through acceleration, funding, investment linkages, and marketing support tailored to their technological level and commercialization stage. Notably, it features no restrictions on business history and allows for concurrent participation with existing startup support programs, enabling broad participation from not only early-stage startups but also companies in the growth phase.
From commercialization and investment to global expansion… Expanding the Femtech ecosystem
As an operating organization, CNT Tech plans to provide commercialization funds of up to 80 million won to selected companies and pursue direct investment in three outstanding companies. In addition, it will establish a structure that leads to attracting investment after commercialization by linking with follow-up growth programs such as TIPS and LIPS.
In addition, the plan is to support companies' market entry and sales channel expansion through matching with investment firms managing women-related funds, participation in domestic and international exhibitions, and promotional and marketing support. Through this, the strategy is to go beyond simple support and simultaneously promote the expansion of the industrial ecosystem in the femtech sector and the strengthening of corporate competitiveness.
CNT Tech stated, “It is rare to find a specialized femtech program that allows participation without restrictions on business history and enables overlapping participation with existing support programs,” adding, “It will serve as an opportunity to broaden the scope of the entire industry by encompassing not only early-stage companies but also growth companies in need of investment and market expansion.”
Meanwhile, applications for this program are accepted until 4 p.m. on April 30, and can be submitted online.

CNT Tech lance un programme Femtech spécialisé pour identifier et soutenir les startups technologiques dirigées par des femmes. Cette initiative s'inscrit dans le cadre du « Projet de développement de l'industrie Femtech », promu par le ministère des PME et des Startups et l'Association coréenne des femmes entrepreneures. Créée cette année, elle vise à encourager activement l'émergence de nouveaux secteurs industriels alliant femmes et technologie.
Ce programme s'adresse aux entreprises Femtech proposant des produits, services ou solutions destinés aux consommatrices, et vise à consolider leurs bases de croissance grâce à un accompagnement accéléré, des financements, des partenariats avec des investisseurs et un soutien marketing adaptés à leur niveau technologique et à leur stade de commercialisation. Il est à noter qu'il n'impose aucune restriction quant à l'historique de l'entreprise et permet une participation simultanée à des programmes d'accompagnement de startups existants, favorisant ainsi une large participation, non seulement des jeunes pousses, mais aussi des entreprises en phase de croissance.
De la commercialisation et de l'investissement à l'expansion mondiale… Développer l'écosystème Femtech
En tant qu'entité opérationnelle, CNT Tech prévoit d'octroyer jusqu'à 80 millions de wons de fonds de commercialisation à des entreprises sélectionnées et de réaliser un investissement direct dans trois entreprises prometteuses. Par ailleurs, elle mettra en place une structure visant à attirer des investissements après la commercialisation, notamment grâce à des programmes de croissance complémentaires tels que TIPS et LIPS.
En outre, le plan vise à soutenir l'entrée sur le marché et le développement des canaux de vente des entreprises grâce à la mise en relation avec des sociétés d'investissement gérant des fonds dédiés aux femmes, la participation à des salons nationaux et internationaux, ainsi qu'un accompagnement promotionnel et marketing. L'objectif de cette stratégie est d'aller au-delà d'un simple soutien et de favoriser simultanément l'expansion de l'écosystème industriel du secteur de la femtech et le renforcement de la compétitivité des entreprises.
CNT Tech a déclaré : « Il est rare de trouver un programme spécialisé en technologies féminines qui permette une participation sans restrictions sur l'historique de l'entreprise et qui autorise une participation simultanée avec les programmes de soutien existants », ajoutant : « Ce programme offrira l'opportunité d'élargir la portée de l'ensemble du secteur en englobant non seulement les entreprises en phase de démarrage, mais aussi les entreprises en croissance ayant besoin d'investissements et d'expansion sur le marché. »
Par ailleurs, les candidatures pour ce programme sont acceptées jusqu'au 30 avril à 16 h et peuvent être soumises en ligne.
