글로벌 액셀러레이터 스파크랩이 ‘AI 네이티브 창업’에 특화된 새로운 지원 프로그램을 선보인다. 스파크랩(대표 김유진)은 1인 창업자 및 소규모 팀을 대상으로 한 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 ‘스파크클로(Spark Claw)’를 공식 론칭했다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 에이전틱 AI 시대에 맞춰 창업 방식 자체가 변화하고 있다는 판단에서 출발했다. 기존에는 팀 구성과 협업 역량이 핵심 경쟁력이었다면, 이제는 AI를 활용해 기획·개발·마케팅·운영까지 수행하는 ‘AI 네이티브 창업가’가 새로운 기준으로 떠오르고 있다는 분석이다.
‘팀 없는 창업’ 인정…AI 기반 창업 패러다임 전환
스파크클로는 AI를 단순 도구가 아닌 ‘실질적인 팀원’으로 활용하는 창업가를 발굴·육성하는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 특히 팀이 없는 1인 창업자에 대한 본격 투자에 나선 첫 프로그램으로, 기존 투자 기준을 확장한 사례다.
선발 과정은 ▲온라인 신청 ▲서류 심사 ▲집중 부트캠프 ▲최종 투자 심사로 진행된다. 투자 대상으로 선정된 창업가에게는 최대 1억 원의 초기 투자와 함께, 오픈AI·앤트로픽·AWS 등 주요 AI 인프라 크레딧을 포함한 약 5억 원 규모의 지원이 제공된다.
또한 투자로 이어지지 않은 참가자도 후속 프로그램과 커뮤니티를 통해 지속적으로 지원받을 수 있도록 설계됐다.
스파크랩은 이미 글로벌 VC 네트워크를 통해 오픈AI, 앤트로픽, 퍼플렉시티 등 주요 AI 기업에 초기 투자한 경험을 바탕으로, AI 생태계 내 투자 포지셔닝을 강화하고 있다.

Global accelerator SparkLabs is introducing a new support program specialized in 'AI-native startups.' SparkLabs (CEO Yoo-jin Kim) announced the official launch of 'Spark Claw,' an acceleration program targeting solo entrepreneurs and small teams.
This program originated from the assessment that the very nature of entrepreneurship is changing to align with the era of agentic AI. The analysis suggests that while team composition and collaboration capabilities were previously key competitive advantages, "AI Native Entrepreneurs"—who utilize AI to handle everything from planning and development to marketing and operations—are emerging as the new standard.
Recognizing 'Startups Without a Team'… Shifting the AI-Based Startup Paradigm
Sparkclo focused on discovering and nurturing entrepreneurs who utilize AI not merely as a tool, but as a 'real team member.' In particular, as the first program to make full-scale investments in solo entrepreneurs without teams, it represents an expansion of existing investment criteria.
The selection process consists of online application, document screening, an intensive bootcamp, and a final investment evaluation. Entrepreneurs selected for investment will receive up to 100 million won in initial investment, along with support worth approximately 500 million won, including credits for major AI infrastructure such as OpenAI, Antropics, and AWS.
In addition, it is designed so that participants who do not proceed with investment can also receive continuous support through follow-up programs and the community.
Based on its experience of making early-stage investments in major AI companies such as OpenAI, Antropic, and Perplexity through its global VC network, SparkLabs is strengthening its investment positioning within the AI ecosystem.
CEO Kim Yoo-jin stated, “Advancements in AI technology are creating an environment where individual founders can grow into global companies in a short period of time,” adding, “We will actively discover AI-native entrepreneurs in Korea to build a new startup ecosystem.”

L'accélérateur mondial SparkLabs lance un nouveau programme de soutien spécialisé dans les « startups natives de l'IA ». SparkLabs (PDG : Yoo-jin Kim) a annoncé le lancement officiel de « Spark Claw », un programme d'accélération destiné aux entrepreneurs individuels et aux petites équipes.
Ce programme est né du constat que la nature même de l'entrepreneuriat évolue pour s'adapter à l'ère de l'IA opérationnelle. L'analyse suggère que si la composition des équipes et les capacités de collaboration constituaient auparavant des atouts concurrentiels majeurs, les « entrepreneurs natifs de l'IA » — qui utilisent l'IA pour gérer l'ensemble de leurs activités, de la planification et du développement au marketing et aux opérations — s'imposent désormais comme la nouvelle norme.
Identifier les « startups sans équipe »… Changer le paradigme des startups basées sur l’IA
Sparkclo s'est concentré sur la découverte et l'accompagnement d'entrepreneurs qui utilisent l'IA non pas comme un simple outil, mais comme un véritable membre de l'équipe. En particulier, en tant que premier programme à réaliser des investissements à grande échelle dans des entrepreneurs individuels sans équipe, il représente un élargissement des critères d'investissement existants.
Le processus de sélection comprend une candidature en ligne, l'examen des dossiers, une formation intensive et une évaluation finale de l'investissement. Les entrepreneurs retenus recevront jusqu'à 100 millions de wons d'investissement initial, ainsi qu'un accompagnement d'une valeur d'environ 500 millions de wons, incluant des crédits pour des infrastructures d'IA majeures telles qu'OpenAI, Antropics et AWS.
De plus, il est conçu de manière à ce que les participants qui ne poursuivent pas leur investissement puissent également bénéficier d'un soutien continu grâce à des programmes de suivi et à la communauté.
S’appuyant sur son expérience en matière d’investissements précoces dans des entreprises majeures d’IA telles qu’OpenAI, Antropic et Perplexity via son réseau mondial de capital-risque, SparkLabs renforce son positionnement d’investissement au sein de l’écosystème de l’IA.
