레이오프 트래커는 글로벌 테크 기업들의 감원 소식을 국가·규모·시점별로 제공하는 서비스다. 한국·미국·인도 등 전 세계 18개국 기업 정보를 확인할 수 있으며, 공식 발표와 언론 보도뿐 아니라 현직자들의 사전 제보 기반 징후까지 단계별로 제공하는 것이 특징이다.
블라인드는 최근 실리콘밸리를 중심으로 확산되는 글로벌 감원 흐름 속에서 직장인들의 정보 공백과 불안감을 줄이기 위해 서비스를 기획했다고 설명했다.

“감원 시대 직장인 불안 가장 먼저 반영”

“First to Reflect Worker Anxiety in the Era of Layoffs”

focused on Blind in an article published on the 19th titled 'The Morale of Tech Workers Is Plunging as Layoffs Mount.' The New York Times noted that “Blind is the place that most vividly reflects industry changes amidst massive layoffs,” and assessed that there have been repeated instances where tips from actual employees have become reality.
According to Blind, since 2022, when large-scale layoffs in Silicon Valley began in earnest, the number of users at major big tech companies such as

has increased by up to three times compared to the average year.
In addition, prior to the layoffs, there were more than four times as many posts related to career success, such as salary increases and promotions, as there were posts related to job insecurity, but afterward, the proportion of posts related to job insecurity was found to have increased.
