[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 류경완 남해군수 당선인의 군정 인수를 맡은 남해군수직 인수위원회가 부서별 업무보고와 주요 사업장 현장 점검을 마치고 민선 9기 군정 운영 방향 마련에 속도를 내고 있다.
남해군수직 인수위원회는 지난 10일 출범 이후 기획행정분과와 산업건설분과를 중심으로 군청 23개 부서의 업무보고를 받고 주요 사업 현장을 점검했다고 밝혔다.
인수위는 신청사 건립 현장을 비롯한 주요 사업장 10곳을 방문해 사업 추진 상황을 점검하고 개선 방향을 제시했다.
특히 부서 간 협업이 필요한 업무를 분석해 4개 분야 10개 부서를 대상으로 정보 공유와 협업 체계 강화를 주문했다. 펜션 관리 업무의 경우 인허가와 지원, 위생관리가 각각 다른 부서에서 이뤄지고 있는 점을 지적하며 통합적인 관리 필요성을 제기했다.
행정 정보 공개 확대도 주요 과제로 제시됐다. 인수위는 농어촌 기본소득 소비 실적 등 주요 행정자료를 군민들이 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 군청 홈페이지 내 자료 공개 체계 구축을 권고했다.
이와 함께 도심 주차장 카드결제 도입, 공공시설 야간·휴일 개방 확대, 반복 민원 대응체계 개선, 일자리 창출 사업 발굴 등 다양한 정책 개선 과제를 제안했다.
공무원 조직 운영과 관련해서는 결원 대비 예비 인력 확보, 장기재직 휴가 활성화, 반복 민원 대응 지원체계 마련 등 사기 진작 방안도 건의했다.
인수위는 또 마늘연구소 기능 확대 개편과 남해관광문화재단 운영시설의 효율화 방안 검토를 주문했으며, 지난 22일부터는 주요 공약 실현 방안을 논의하는 전문가·군민 참여 포럼을 진행하고 있다.
남해군수직 인수위원회는 오는 30일까지 활동하며 군정 비전과 공약 추진 방향을 정리한 뒤 활동 결과를 백서로 제작해 공개할 예정이다.
