[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시자원봉사센터는 자원봉사캠프 개소 10주년을 맞아 지난 20일부터 오는 12월 말까지 지역 13개 자원봉사캠프에서 공동 프로그램을 운영한다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 2016년 7월 문을 연 자원봉사캠프의 10주년을 기념해 '자원봉사 캠프에 녹(綠)음'을 주제로 마련됐다. 일상 속 자원봉사가 자연스럽게 확산되고 지역사회에 나눔 문화가 뿌리내리길 바라는 의미를 담았다.
프로그램은 환경교육을 접목한 자원순환 활동과 마을 자원 발굴, 문화관광 체험 등 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있는 생활밀착형 자원봉사 중심으로 구성됐다.
환경 분야에서는 볼런투어, 씨드볼 만들기, 종이죽아트, 캔오브제 등 4개 프로그램 가운데 캠프별로 2개를 선정해 운영하며, 참여자는 1365자원봉사포털을 통해 모집한다.
김해시자원봉사센터는 이번 공동 프로그램을 통해 캠프 간 협력을 강화하고 시민들의 자원봉사 참여를 확대한다는 계획이다.
센터 관계자는 "자원봉사캠프는 주민과 가장 가까운 생활권에서 활동하는 지역 자원봉사의 거점"이라며 "10주년을 계기로 시민들이 자원봉사를 더욱 친숙하게 접하고 실천하는 계기가 되길 기대한다"고 말했다.
한편 김해시자원봉사센터는 오는 9월 캠프 상담가 워크숍을 열어 지난 10년간의 운영 성과를 공유하고 향후 발전 방향을 논의할 예정이다.
