【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=진천군이 중부고속도로 확장에 대한 지역사회의 강한 의지를 모으기 위해 본격적인 대응에 나섰다. 진천군은 김명식 진천군수가 집무실에서 ‘중부고속도로 확장 범도민 서명운동’ 릴레이 챌린지에 동참했다고 밝혔다.
이번 챌린지는 신용한 충북도지사의 1호 서명을 시작으로 관내 지자체장과 주요 기관장이 릴레이 방식으로 참여하며 중부고속도로 확장 추진의 당위성을 알리기 위해 진행되고 있다. 이날 김 군수는 서명부에 직접 서명한 뒤 중부고속도로의 조속한 확장을 위해 군민과 지역 기업체들의 적극적인 관심과 참여를 요청했다.
