광주은행은 지난 3일 본점에서 정일선 은행장과 홍도현 노동조합 수석부위원장을 비롯한 임직원들이 참석한 가운데 '신입행원 사령장 수여식'을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 수여식은 지난해 11월 입행한 신입행원 26명이 1개월간의 직무연수와 6개월간의 치열한 수습근무를 무사히 마치고, 정식 행원으로서 당찬 첫발을 내딛는 자리로 마련됐다.
이들은 창구업무에 필수적인 직무연수와 다양한 교육 프로그램을 이수한 데 이어, 실제 영업 현장에서 실무 경험을 쌓으며 금융인으로서의 기본 역량과 철저한 고객 응대 능력을 키워왔다.
