화물운송중개 기반 핀테크 서비스 ‘프리모(Primo)’를 운영하는 곳간로지스(대표 김자영)가 신한금융그룹 스타트업 육성 프로그램 ‘신한퓨처스랩’ 12기 협업트랙에 선정됐다.
신한퓨처스랩은 스타트업과 신한금융그룹 계열사 간 협력을 기반으로 사업화와 성장을 지원하는 액셀러레이팅 프로그램이다. 이번 12기 모집은 약 20대 1 경쟁률을 기록했으며, 곳간로지스는 화물운송 디지털 전환 기술력과 시장 확장 가능성을 인정받아 협업트랙에 이름을 올렸다.
곳간로지스가 운영하는 ‘프리모’는 AI 기반 화물운송중개 플랫폼이다. 화주와 차주를 직접 연결해 화물운송 효율성과 투명성을 높이는 구조로 운영되며, 업계에서는 ‘화물차판 카카오택시’를 지향하는 서비스로 소개되고 있다.
기존 화물운송 시장은 개인 경험과 인적 네트워크 중심의 아날로그 운영 방식이 많아 다단계 운송 구조와 불투명한 배차 과정, 복잡한 정산 체계 등이 고질적인 문제로 지적돼 왔다.

AI 기반 자동 매칭·정산 시스템 구축
프리모는 AI와 머신러닝(ML) 기술을 활용해 화물 오더와 차주 간 자동 매칭, 실시간 수요 기반 다이내믹 프라이싱, 최적 경로 라우팅 기능 등을 제공한다. 또한 복잡한 운송료 지급 구조를 단순화해 보다 빠르고 투명한 정산 시스템을 구축한 점도 특징이다.
곳간로지스는 이번 신한퓨처스랩 선정을 계기로 신한금융그룹 계열사와 협력해 화주와 차주를 위한 금융 서비스도 확대할 계획이다.
회사는 플랫폼 데이터를 기반으로 보험·캐피탈 등 맞춤형 금융 상품을 결합해 금융 접근성이 낮은 화물운송 종사자 대상 특화 금융 서비스를 제공한다는 방침이다. 이를 통해 금융기관에는 새로운 고객군과 시장 기회를 연결하는 역할도 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

한편 곳간로지스는 화물 중개·배차 서비스를 넘어 데이터 기반 물류·금융 통합 플랫폼 구축을 추진하며 물류 산업 디지털 전환 시장에서 사업 영역을 확대하고 있다.

The recruitment for the 12th cohort recorded a competition rate of approximately 20 to 1, and Gotgan Logistics was selected for the collaboration track in recognition of its technological capabilities in digital transformation for freight transportation and its potential for market expansion.
'Primo,' operated by Gotgan Logistics, is an AI-based freight transportation brokerage platform. It operates with a structure that enhances freight transportation efficiency and transparency by directly connecting shippers and carriers, and is introduced in the industry as a service aiming to be the 'Kakao Taxi for freight trucks.'
The existing freight transportation market is characterized by analog operations centered on personal experience and human networks, and chronic problems such as multi-stage transportation structures, opaque dispatching processes, and complex settlement systems have been pointed out.

Establishment of an AI-based automatic matching and settlement system
Primo utilizes AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to provide features such as automatic matching between freight orders and drivers, real-time demand-based dynamic pricing, and optimal route routing. It is also characterized by the establishment of a faster and more transparent settlement system by simplifying the complex freight payment structure.
Taking advantage of its selection for Shinhan Futures Lab, Gotgan Logistics plans to expand financial services for shippers and borrowers in cooperation with Shinhan Financial Group affiliates.
The company plans to provide specialized financial services to freight transport workers with limited financial accessibility by combining customized financial products, such as insurance and capital, based on platform data. Through this, it is expected to play a role in connecting financial institutions with new customer groups and market opportunities.
Kim Ja-young, CEO of Gotgan Logistics, stated, “Through collaboration with Shinhan Financial Group, we will accelerate the digital transformation of the freight dispatch market and provide new experiences to both shippers and drivers,” adding, “We also plan to focus on expanding specialized financial services for freight transport workers who are in financial blind spots.”
Meanwhile, Gotgan Logistics is expanding its business scope in the digital transformation market of the logistics industry by pursuing the establishment of a data-based integrated logistics and finance platform, going beyond freight brokerage and dispatch services.

ガンガンロジスは今回の新韓フューチャースラップ選定を契機に新韓金融グループの系列会社と協力し、荷主と借主のための金融サービスも拡大する計画だ。
同社はプラットフォームデータを基盤に保険・キャピタルなどカスタマイズされた金融商品を結合し、金融アクセス性の低い貨物運送従事者向け特化金融サービスを提供するという方針だ。これにより金融機関には新しい顧客群と市場機会を連結する役割も遂行できると期待している。

Primo utilise l'intelligence artificielle et l'apprentissage automatique pour proposer des fonctionnalités telles que la mise en relation automatique des commandes de fret et des chauffeurs, la tarification dynamique en fonction de la demande en temps réel et l'optimisation des itinéraires. Elle se distingue également par la mise en place d'un système de règlement plus rapide et plus transparent, grâce à la simplification de la structure complexe des paiements de fret.
Tirant parti de sa sélection pour Shinhan Futures Lab, Gotgan Logistics prévoit d'étendre ses services financiers aux expéditeurs et aux emprunteurs en coopération avec les filiales du groupe Shinhan Financial.
L'entreprise prévoit de proposer des services financiers spécialisés aux transporteurs routiers ayant un accès limité aux services financiers, en combinant des produits financiers personnalisés, tels que l'assurance et le capital, basés sur les données de sa plateforme.
