제대군인의 사회 복귀를 돕는 국가보훈부 경기북부제대군인지원센터가 지역 기업들과 손을 맞잡고 취업 연계 생태계 구축에 본격 나섰다.
센터는 지난 28일 오후 고양 킨텍스에서 '제대군인 일자리 창출을 위한 기업체 인사간담회'를 열었다.
이번 간담회는 제대군인이 보유한 풍부한 실무 경험과 높은 책임감을 지역 산업 현장과 효과적으로 연결하고, 실질적인 채용으로 이어지는 협력 체계를 구축하여 두 과제를 동시에 풀기 위한 자리로, 고양·파주 지역 주요 기업 7개사가 참석해 높은 관심을 나타냈다.
