국가보훈부 경기북부제대군인지원센터가 제대(예정)군인들의 안정적인 사회 안착과 성공적인 인생 2막을 지원하기 위해 마련한 ‘2026년 제1차 변화관리 워크숍’을 성황리에 마무리했다.
이번 워크숍은 제대(예정)군인 약 20명을 대상으로 진행됐으며, 단순한 이론 전달을 넘어 실제 취업과 창업 현장에서 즉시 활용할 수 있는 실전형 역량 강화에 중점을 두고 운영됐다.
특히 참가자들이 변화하는 고용 환경에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있도록 구성된 다양한 프로그램이 높은 호응을 얻었다.

프로그램은 전직에 성공한 선배들의 사례 발표를 통해 실질적인 성공 노하우를 공유하고 참여자들의 동기를 끌어올리는 데서 시작됐다.
이어 신산업 분야 트렌드 분석과 유망 직업군 탐색을 통해 미래 진로 설계의 방향성을 제시했다.
아울러 안정적인 경제 기반 마련을 위한 금융 교육과 전문가와의 1대1 상담을 통한 맞춤형 진로 설계 지원도 함께 이루어졌다.
센터 관계자는 “전역 이후 급격한 환경 변화 속에서도 제대군인들이 스스로 미래를 설계할 수 있는 자신감을 갖도록 돕는 것이 이번 워크숍의 핵심”이라며 “참가자들의 높은 만족도를 바탕으로 앞으로도 실효성 있는 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 경기북부제대군인지원센터는 제대군인의 원활한 사회 정착을 지원하기 위해 맞춤형 취업 상담과 직업 교육, 창업 지원 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
앞으로도 취업과 창업 지원을 넘어 금융·심리 상담까지 아우르는 통합형 전직 지원 프로그램을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
