약 40억 원 규모 바이오·헬스케어 초기 투자펀드 조성 추진
제이앤피메디파트너스 공동 운용… 임상·인허가 인프라 연계 강화

강원창조경제혁신센터가 모태펀드 출자사업에 선정되며, 지역 바이오·헬스케어 초기 투자 확대에 나선다.
강원창조경제혁신센터는 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘2026년 모태펀드 1차 정시 출자사업’ 창업초기 소형 분야에 최종 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
춘천 중심 바이오 투자 생태계 구축… 전문 운용 체계 강화
이번 선정으로 강원혁신센터는 약 40억 원 규모의 바이오·헬스케어 초기 투자펀드를 조성할 계획이다. 해당 펀드는 강원혁신센터와 제이앤피메디파트너스가 공동 운용(Co-GP)을 맡는다.
춘천시와 제이앤피메디파트너스 모기업인 제이앤피메디가 유한책임조합원(LP)으로 참여하며, 한국모태펀드는 특별조합원으로 출자에 참여한다.
특히 제이앤피메디파트너스와의 협력을 통해 투자 전문성을 강화하고, 제이앤피메디가 보유한 임상 및 인허가 인프라를 활용해 투자기업의 사업화 역량을 높일 것으로 기대된다.
또한 강원혁신센터는 ‘모두의 창업’ 프로젝트와 연계해 참여 기업을 대상으로 투자 검토를 병행할 방침이다.
이해정 강원혁신센터 대표는 “컨소시엄의 전문성과 네트워크를 기반으로 초기 바이오·헬스 스타트업 투자를 확대해 춘천을 중심으로 한 지역 산업 성장에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 강원혁신센터는 그간 바이오·헬스케어 분야 투자 경험을 축적해왔으며, 이번 펀드를 계기로 강원 지역 유망 초기 기업 발굴과 투자에 더욱 속도를 낼 계획이다.

The Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center is set to expand early-stage investment in the local bio and healthcare sectors after being selected for the government's venture capital fund program.
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center announced that it was finally selected in the early-stage small startup sector of the '2026 Mother Fund 1st Regular Investment Project' organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Establishing a Chuncheon-Centered Bio Investment Ecosystem… Strengthening Professional Management Systems
With this selection, the Gangwon Innovation Center plans to establish an early-stage bio and healthcare investment fund worth approximately 4 billion won. The fund will be jointly managed (Co-GP) by the Gangwon Innovation Center and J&P Medi Partners.
Chuncheon City and J&P Medi, the parent company of J&P Medi Partners, participate as limited partners (LP), and the Korea Venture Fund participates in the investment as a special partner.
In particular, it is expected that investment expertise will be strengthened through cooperation with J&P Medi Partners, and the commercialization capabilities of portfolio companies will be enhanced by leveraging J&P Medi’s clinical and regulatory infrastructure.
In addition, the Gangwon Innovation Center plans to conduct investment reviews for participating companies in conjunction with the 'Startup for All' project.
Lee Hae-jeong, CEO of the Gangwon Innovation Center, stated, “Based on the consortium’s expertise and network, we will expand investment in early-stage bio and health startups to contribute to the growth of the local industry centered in Chuncheon.”
Meanwhile, the Gangwon Innovation Center has accumulated investment experience in the bio and healthcare sectors and plans to accelerate the discovery and investment in promising early-stage companies in the Gangwon region through this fund.

江原創造経済革新センターは、中小ベンチャー企業部が主管する「2026年モーテファンド1次定時出資事業」創業初期の小型分野に最終選定されたと明らかにした。
春川中心バイオ投資エコシステム構築…専門運用体系の強化
今回の選定で江原革新センターは約40億ウォン規模のバイオ・ヘルスケア初期投資ファンドを造成する計画だ。該当ファンドは江原革新センターとジェイアンピメディパートナーズが共同運用(Co-GP)を引き受ける。
春川市とジェイアンピーメディパートナーズ親企業のジェイアンピーメディが有限責任組合員（LP）として参加し、韓国モテファンドは特別組合員として出資に参加する。
特にジェイアンピーメディパートナーとの協力を通じて投資専門性を強化し、ジェイアンピメディが保有する臨床および許可インフラを活用して投資企業の事業化力量を高めるものと期待される。
また、江原革新センターは「すべての創業」プロジェクトと連携して参加企業を対象に投資検討を並行する方針だ。
イ・ヘジョン江原革新センター代表は「コンソーシアムの専門性とネットワークを基に初期バイオ・ヘルススタートアップ投資を拡大し、春川を中心とした地域産業の成長に貢献する」と明らかにした。
一方、江原革新センターはこれまでバイオ・ヘルスケア分野の投資経験を蓄積してきた。

江原道创意经济创新中心入选政府风险投资基金计划后，将扩大对当地生物和医疗保健领域的早期投资。
江原道创意经济创新中心宣布，该中心最终入选中小企业和创业部主办的“2026年母基金第一期常规投资项目”早期小型创业公司领域。
构建以春川为中心的生物投资生态系统……加强专业管理体系
通过此次遴选，江原道创新中心计划设立一只规模约为40亿韩元的早期生物医疗投资基金。该基金将由江原道创新中心和J&P Medi Partners共同管理。
春川市和 J&P Medi Partners 的母公司 J&P Medi 作为有限合伙人 (LP) 参与投资，韩国风险投资基金作为特殊合伙人参与投资。
具体而言，预计通过与 J&P Medi Partners 的合作，投资专业知识将得到加强，而通过利用 J&P Medi 的临床和监管基础设施，投资组合公司的商业化能力将得到提升。
此外，江原创新中心计划配合“全民创业”项目，对参与公司进行投资审查。
江原创新中心首席执行官李海正表示：“凭借该联盟的专业知识和网络，我们将扩大对早期生物和健康创业公司的投资，为以春川为中心的当地产业发展做出贡献。”
与此同时，江原创新中心在生物和医疗保健领域积累了丰富的投资经验，并计划通过该基金加速发现和投资江原地区有前景的早期公司。

Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gangwon s'apprête à accroître ses investissements de démarrage dans les secteurs locaux des biotechnologies et de la santé après avoir été sélectionné pour le programme de fonds de capital-risque du gouvernement.
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gangwon a annoncé avoir finalement été sélectionné dans le secteur des jeunes entreprises innovantes du « 1er projet d'investissement régulier du Fonds Mère 2026 » organisé par le ministère des PME et des Startups.

Grâce à cette sélection, le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon prévoit de créer un fonds d'investissement en biotechnologies et santé en phase d'amorçage d'une valeur d'environ 4 milliards de wons. Ce fonds sera géré conjointement par le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon et J&P Medi Partners.
La ville de Chuncheon et J&P Medi, la société mère de J&P Medi Partners, participent en tant que commanditaires (LP), et le Korea Venture Fund participe à l'investissement en tant que partenaire spécial.
Il est notamment prévu que l’expertise en matière d’investissement soit renforcée grâce à la coopération avec J&P Medi Partners, et que les capacités de commercialisation des sociétés du portefeuille soient améliorées en tirant parti de l’infrastructure clinique et réglementaire de J&P Medi.
Par ailleurs, le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon prévoit de réaliser des analyses d'investissement pour les entreprises participantes dans le cadre du projet « Startup pour tous ».
Lee Hae-jeong, PDG du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon, a déclaré : « Forts de l'expertise et du réseau du consortium, nous allons accroître nos investissements dans les jeunes entreprises des secteurs de la biotechnologie et de la santé afin de contribuer à la croissance de l'industrie locale centrée sur Chuncheon. »
Parallèlement, le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon a accumulé une expérience d'investissement dans les secteurs de la biotechnologie et de la santé et prévoit d'accélérer la découverte et l'investissement dans des entreprises prometteuses en phase de démarrage dans la région de Gangwon grâce à ce fonds.
