Humedix and Huons Meditech have signed a strategic partnership with V&Co to expand their presence in AI-powered skin diagnostics and aesthetic medicine.

At the center of the partnership is SKENA, V&Co’s AI-based skin diagnostic device. The system combines ultrasound technology with contact-based measurements to analyze skin conditions, including collagen density and dermal layer balance, with the aim of supporting personalized consultations and treatment planning.
Humedix and Huons Meditech said SKENA could help partner clinics improve patient consultations by providing objective skin analysis data.
The companies also plan joint marketing activities, including webinars, academic programs and outreach to medical professionals. They said they aim to expand SKENA’s presence in domestic and overseas markets by leveraging Humedix’s market network and Huons Meditech’s global business infrastructure.
In addition, the companies plan to collaborate on technologies such as personalized treatment recommendation algorithms using skin diagnostic data collected through SKENA.
“This partnership is meaningful because it creates new business opportunities by connecting skin diagnosis with aesthetic solutions,” Humedix CEO Kang Min-jong said.
Huons Meditech CEO Ha Chang-woo said the company aims to introduce SKENA to global markets through the collaboration, while V&Co CEO Choi Won-seok said AI-based diagnostics could help shift the aesthetics industry toward more data-driven decision-making.
