[Choi Ju-ri, columnist of the Korea Lecturer News] The triangle on the 'Waris-Larmandier' champagne label means that it was vinified from three different grapes from three different regions, and it means 'three roots', so it is a good champagne to use if the three of them collaborate to create good synergy.

▣ Tips for using business wine stories

1. It is a good wine to use when you want to celebrate a three-person collaboration or a three-person co-founder.

2. "I hope that the best synergy between the three different talents will come together" or "May the best three people in each field come together to produce the best results!" It is good to use a comment like this.

▣ About 'Waris-Larmandier' wine

The 'Waris-Larmandier' champagne house was founded in 1989 by Marie-Hélène Larmandier and her husband Vincent Waris in the village of Avize, in the Grand Cru region of the Côtes de Blanc, in the Champagne region. Currently, it is a family-run RM Champagne House run by her husband and three children. The village of Avize is the area where the famous Jaxelos Champagne House is located, and the Wari La Mandie Champagne House is adjacent to Zaxelos.

Waris-Larmandier Champagne is loved as a house that specializes in making Blanc de Blanc champagne with its main focus on the Chardonnay variety, an old vineyard that is more than 32 years old. The eldest son, Jean-Philippe Waris, who learned biodynamic farming, has been in charge of vineyards and winemaking since 2009, converting an old vineyard he owns about 6 hectares to biodynamic, and received certification from Demeter in 2020.

The label has a triangular shape, and this triangle means "three roots" because it was vinified from three different grapes in three different regions: 'Côte de Bar-Pinomunier', 'Montagne de Reims-Pinot Noir', and 'Côte de Blanc-Chardonnay'.

Waris-Larmandier, 1er Cru Haute Volee NV is a delicate style of blanc de noir that brings out the character of calcareous soils through a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The savory and ripe fruit flavors such as lemon, ripe apple, pear, white peach, white-flowered brioche, yeast, and minerals are wonderful. It is a champagne with delicate bubbles and a pleasant aroma that lingers for a long time. Importer Lumino
