제너레잇은 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘2026 글로벌 액셀러레이팅(GMEP) 지원사업’ 미국 딥테크(IP-Based) 분야 창업기업으로 최종 선정됐다고 19일 밝혔다.

GMEP는 해외 진출 가능성이 높은 기술 스타트업을 발굴해 현지 시장 맞춤형 비즈니스 모델 구축과 시장 안착을 지원하는 프로그램이다. 제너레잇은 생성형 디자인 알고리즘 기술력과 글로벌 확장성을 인정받아 미국 실리콘밸리 기반 딥테크 트랙에 이름을 올렸다.
선정 기업은 오는 11월까지 약 7개월 동안 국내외 액셀러레이팅 프로그램에 참여한다. PMF(Product-Market Fit) 분석과 BM 피봇팅 등 국내 고도화 과정을 거친 뒤, 미국 현지에서 1대1 비즈니스 미팅과 글로벌 투자유치 IR, 현지 PoC(기술검증) 등을 수행하게 된다. 해외 사업화 자금도 함께 지원받는다.
제너레잇은 생성형 디자인 알고리즘을 활용해 건축 초기설계와 부동산 개발 사업성 검토를 자동화하는 B2B SaaS 기업이다. 웹 기반 사업성 검토 소프트웨어를 통해 공동주택 개발 시장을 중심으로 사업을 전개해왔으며, 최근에는 데이터센터와 플랜트 등 산업시설 분야로 솔루션 적용 범위를 확대하고 있다.
회사는 창업 이후 시드 및 프리A 투자 라운드를 통해 누적 60억원 이상의 투자를 유치했으며, 국내 프로젝트 경험을 기반으로 미국 시장 진출 기반을 다져왔다고 설명했다.

Generate announced on the 19th that it was finally selected as a startup in the US Deep Tech (IP-Based) sector for the '2026 Global Accelerating Program (GMEP) Support Program' organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

participating as the local operator. Selected companies will receive support through a local acceleration program to facilitate their entry into the U.S. market.
GMEP is a program that identifies technology startups with high potential for overseas expansion and supports them in building business models tailored to local markets and establishing a foothold. Generate was selected for the Silicon Valley-based Deep Tech track in recognition of its generative design algorithm technology and global scalability.
The selected companies will participate in domestic and international acceleration programs for approximately seven months until this coming November. After undergoing domestic advancement processes such as Product-Market Fit (PMF) analysis and business model pivoting, they will conduct one-on-one business meetings, global investment attraction IR, and local Proof of Concept (PoC) in the United States. They will also receive funding for overseas commercialization.
Generate is a B2B SaaS company that automates initial architectural design and real estate development feasibility studies using generative design algorithms. It has focused its business on the multi-unit housing development market through its web-based feasibility software, and recently, it is expanding the scope of its solutions to industrial facilities such as data centers and plants.
The company explained that since its founding, it has attracted over 6 billion won in cumulative investment through seed and pre-A investment rounds, and has been laying the foundation for entering the US market based on its experience with domestic projects.
"This selection is the result of our technological capabilities and the potential of our business model being recognized in the North American market," said Shin Bong-jae, CEO of Generate. "We will actively leverage our Silicon Valley network to build partnerships with leaders in the North American real estate development market and accelerate global sales growth."

Generate a annoncé le 19 qu'elle avait finalement été sélectionnée comme startup du secteur Deep Tech (basé sur la propriété intellectuelle) aux États-Unis pour le « Programme mondial d'accélération (GMEP) 2026 » organisé par le ministère des PME et des Startups.

opérateur local. Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront d’un accompagnement via un programme d’accélération local afin de faciliter leur entrée sur le marché américain.
Le programme GMEP repère les startups technologiques à fort potentiel d'expansion internationale et les accompagne dans l'élaboration de modèles économiques adaptés aux marchés locaux et leur implantation. Generate a été sélectionnée pour le volet Deep Tech de la Silicon Valley en reconnaissance de sa technologie d'algorithme de conception générative et de son potentiel de déploiement à l'échelle mondiale.
Les entreprises sélectionnées participeront à des programmes d'accélération nationaux et internationaux pendant environ sept mois, jusqu'en novembre prochain. Après avoir mené des actions de développement au niveau national, telles que l'analyse d'adéquation produit-marché (PMF) et la réorientation de leur modèle économique, elles organiseront des rencontres d'affaires individuelles, des présentations aux investisseurs internationaux et réaliseront une preuve de concept (PoC) aux États-Unis. Elles bénéficieront également d'un financement pour leur commercialisation à l'étranger.
