에이전틱 AI의 ‘실제 업무 적용’을 검증하기 위한 산업 협력이 본격화된다. 혜움(대표 옥형석)이 15개 기관과 함께 ‘알프레드(Alfred) 에이전틱 AI 얼라이언스’를 주도한다고 밝혔다.
이번 얼라이언스는 에이전틱 AI가 실제 업무 환경에서 작동하기 위한 기술·데이터·보안 인프라를 구축하고, 산업 표준을 마련하는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히 소상공인이 별도의 전문 인력 없이도 경리·세무·급여 등 핵심 업무를 자동화할 수 있는 환경 조성에 초점을 맞췄다.
“연구 아닌 실행”…현장 중심 AI 검증 구조
얼라이언스에는 업스테이지, 연세대, KAIST, 한국전자기술연구원(KETI) 등 연구기관과 다우기술, 라온시큐어, 파수 등 산업 기업이 참여한다. 여기에 IBK기업은행, 마이크로소프트 등 실증 파트너까지 포함해 총 15개 기관이 협력 체계를 구성했다.
혜움은 기술 개발부터 산업 현장 실증까지 전 과정을 주도하며, 단순 연구를 넘어 실제 업무 수행 여부를 검증하는 데 초점을 맞춘다. 세무, 금융, 의료, 외식, 그룹웨어 등 다양한 산업군에서 동시 실증을 진행해 적용 가능성을 확보할 계획이다.
혜움은 이미 120만 사업자를 대상으로 에이전틱 AI ‘알프레드’를 운영하며 축적한 5,000만 건 이상의 세무 데이터를 기반으로 실행 엔진을 고도화해왔다.
또한 오픈AI 협업 프로그램에 선정되며 최신 AI 모델을 적용한 ‘에이전틱 AI CFO’ 수준으로 서비스 확장을 추진 중이다. 이를 통해 기업의 재무 흐름 전반을 자동 관리하는 방향으로 진화한다는 전략이다.
혜움은 국내에서는 얼라이언스를 통한 생태계 구축, 글로벌에서는 빅테크 협업을 통한 시장 진출을 병행하는 ‘투트랙 전략’을 추진한다는 방침이다.

Industry cooperation to verify the 'actual business application' of agentic AI is set to begin in earnest. Hyeum (CEO Ok Hyung-seok) announced that it is leading the 'Alfred Agentic AI Alliance' together with 15 organizations.
This alliance aims to establish the technology, data, and security infrastructure necessary for agentic AI to operate in real-world business environments, and to set industry standards. In particular, it focuses on creating an environment where small business owners can automate core tasks such as accounting, tax, and payroll without the need for dedicated professional staff.
“Execution, Not Research”… Field-Oriented AI Verification Structure
The alliance includes research institutions such as Upstage, Yonsei University, KAIST, and the Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI), as well as industrial companies such as Daou Technology, RaonSecure, and Fasoo. Including demonstration partners such as IBK Industrial Bank of Korea and Microsoft, a total of 15 organizations have formed a cooperative framework.
Hyeum leads the entire process from technology development to industrial field testing, focusing on verifying actual work performance beyond simple research. It plans to secure applicability by conducting simultaneous testing across various industries, including tax, finance, healthcare, food service, and groupware.
Hyeum has been enhancing its execution engine based on over 50 million tax data points accumulated while operating the agentic AI 'Alfred' for 1.2 million businesses.
Furthermore, having been selected for the OpenAI collaboration program, the company is pursuing service expansion to the level of an 'Agentic AI CFO' utilizing the latest AI models. Through this, the strategy is to evolve toward automatically managing the entire financial flow of a company.
Hyeum plans to pursue a 'two-track strategy' of building an ecosystem through alliances domestically and entering the global market through collaboration with big tech companies.
The company stated, “We will expand our proven agentic AI technology across the entire industry and secure global competitiveness.”

La coopération industrielle visant à vérifier l'application concrète de l'IA agentique dans les entreprises est sur le point de démarrer. Hyeum (PDG : Ok Hyung-seok) a annoncé piloter l'« Alliance Alfred pour l'IA agentique » aux côtés de 15 autres organisations.
Cette alliance vise à mettre en place l'infrastructure technologique, de données et de sécurité nécessaire au fonctionnement de l'IA agentielle dans des environnements commerciaux réels, et à définir des normes sectorielles. Elle s'attache notamment à créer un environnement permettant aux dirigeants de petites entreprises d'automatiser des tâches essentielles telles que la comptabilité, la fiscalité et la paie sans avoir recours à du personnel spécialisé.
« L’exécution, pas la recherche »… Structure de vérification de l’IA axée sur le terrain
L'alliance regroupe des institutions de recherche telles qu'Upstage, l'Université Yonsei, KAIST et l'Institut coréen des technologies électroniques (KETI), ainsi que des entreprises industrielles comme Daou Technology, RaonSecure et Fasoo. Avec des partenaires de démonstration comme IBK Industrial Bank of Korea et Microsoft, ce sont au total 15 organisations qui ont établi un cadre de coopération.
Hyeum pilote l'ensemble du processus, du développement technologique aux essais industriels en conditions réelles, en s'attachant à vérifier les performances concrètes au-delà de la simple recherche. L'entreprise prévoit de garantir l'applicabilité de sa solution en menant des essais simultanés dans divers secteurs, notamment la fiscalité, la finance, la santé, la restauration et les logiciels collaboratifs.
Hyeum a amélioré son moteur d'exécution en se basant sur plus de 50 millions de points de données fiscales accumulés lors de l'exploitation de l'IA agentique « Alfred » pour 1,2 million d'entreprises.
Par ailleurs, ayant été sélectionnée pour le programme de collaboration d'OpenAI, l'entreprise poursuit l'expansion de ses services afin de devenir un « directeur financier IA autonome » exploitant les modèles d'IA les plus récents. L'objectif est ainsi d'évoluer vers une gestion automatisée de l'ensemble des flux financiers d'une entreprise.
Hyeum prévoit de mettre en œuvre une « stratégie à deux volets » consistant à construire un écosystème par le biais d'alliances au niveau national et à pénétrer le marché mondial grâce à une collaboration avec de grandes entreprises technologiques.
L'entreprise a déclaré : « Nous allons étendre notre technologie d'IA agentielle éprouvée à l'ensemble du secteur et garantir notre compétitivité mondiale. »
