이번 워크숍은 기후위기와 인공지능(AI) 시대에 대응하는 교육 리더의 역할을 모색하고, 에너지에 대한 과학적 이해를 바탕으로 미래교육 방향을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.
행사는 ‘공감으로 여는 시간’으로 시작하여 참여형 퀴즈를 통해 참석자 간 소통과 공감의 분위기를 형성했으며, 이어 특강과 교육장 주재 소통 시간으로 진행됐다.
특강에서는 최성민 교수(카이스트 교수, 한국원자력학회 회장)가 ‘기후위기, AI 시대와 원자력의 역할’을 주제로 강연을 진행했다. 강연에서는 기후위기 대응과 에너지 수급 문제, 원자력의 장점과 역할 등에 대해 과학적 사실을 바탕으로 설명이 이뤄졌다.
특히 이번 워크숍은 단순한 정보 전달을 넘어, 미래 사회 변화에 대응하는 교육 리더의 역할과 방향성을 함께 고민하는 자리로 마련되었다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.
또한 교육장 주재로 진행된 ‘동행으로 이어가는 충주교육’ 시간에서는 현장의 다양한 의견을 공유하고, 지역 교육공동체의 협력과 발전 방향을 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.

On April 28, the Chungju Office of Education of Chungcheongbuk-do held the "2026 Chungju City Principals Workshop" at Ban Ki-moon Hall in Chungju High School, targeting principals of kindergartens, elementary, middle, high, and special schools within its jurisdiction.
