지역 기반 창업 생태계의 핵심 거점이 될 스타트업 입주 프로그램이 본격 가동된다. 충남콘텐츠진흥원이 천안 그린스타트업타운을 중심으로 초기 창업기업 유치에 나선다.
충남콘텐츠진흥원(원장 김곡미)은 ‘충남 천안 복합형 스타트업파크(그린스타트업타운)’ 내 공유오피스 입주기업을 상시 모집한다고 밝혔다.
공간 넘어 ‘성장 인프라’로… 스타트업파크 기능 확대
이번 모집은 창업 단계별 맞춤형 보육과 기업 간 협업 환경을 조성하기 위한 사업의 일환으로 추진된다. 단순 공간 제공을 넘어 투자, 기술사업화, 글로벌 진출까지 연결되는 통합 지원 체계를 구축하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
모집 대상은 예비창업자 및 창업 7년 이내 스타트업으로, ICT 융합(빅데이터, 인공지능, 플랫폼), 친환경 모빌리티, 디지털 헬스케어, ESG 등 다양한 혁신 산업 분야 기업이 포함된다.
입주 형태는 공유오피스(핫데스크) 방식으로 운영되며, 상주 인력 2인 내외 기업까지 입주 가능하다. 입주 기간은 최초 1년이며 최대 2회 연장이 가능하다.
선정은 사업계획서 기반 서류평가로 진행되며 사업성, 기술성, 연구개발 역량, 협업 의지 등을 종합적으로 평가해 최종 기업을 선발한다.
선정 기업에는 회의실, 교육실, 다목적실 등 공용 공간과 기본 사무가구가 무상 제공된다. 이와 함께 스타트업 스케일업 프로그램, 투자 연계, 기술사업화, 글로벌 진출 지원 등 다양한 성장 프로그램 참여 기회도 주어진다.
진흥원 관계자는 “그린스타트업타운을 중심으로 혁신적인 아이디어를 가진 스타트업들이 성장할 수 있는 환경을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 것”이라며 “지역 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 핵심 거점으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 지원을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

A startup incubation program set to become a key hub for the regional startup ecosystem is officially launching. The Chungnam Content Agency is setting out to attract early-stage startups, centering on the Cheonan Green Startup Town.
The Chungnam Content Agency (President Kim Gok-mi) announced that it is continuously recruiting tenant companies for its shared office spaces within the 'Chungnam Cheonan Complex Startup Park (Green Startup Town).'
Beyond Space to 'Growth Infrastructure'… Expanding Startup Park Functions
This recruitment is being conducted as part of a project aimed at fostering customized incubation for each stage of the startup process and creating an environment for inter-company collaboration. The focus is on establishing an integrated support system that goes beyond simply providing workspace to connecting to investment, technology commercialization, and global expansion.
The recruitment targets are prospective entrepreneurs and startups established within the last seven years, including companies in various innovative industrial sectors such as ICT convergence (big data, artificial intelligence, platforms), eco-friendly mobility, digital healthcare, and ESG.
The occupancy is operated as a shared office (hot desk) and is available to companies with approximately 2 resident employees. The initial occupancy period is one year, and it can be extended up to two times.
Selection is conducted through a document evaluation based on business plans, and the final companies are selected by comprehensively assessing business feasibility, technological capabilities, R&D capabilities, and willingness to collaborate.
Selected companies are provided with shared spaces, such as meeting rooms, training rooms, and multi-purpose rooms, as well as basic office furniture, free of charge. In addition, they are given opportunities to participate in various growth programs, including startup scale-up programs, investment linkages, technology commercialization, and support for global expansion.
An official from the agency stated, “We will continuously expand the environment where startups with innovative ideas can grow, centered around the Green Startup Town,” adding, “We will strengthen support to establish it as a key hub for revitalizing the regional startup ecosystem.”

募集対象は予備創業者及び創業7年以内のスタートアップで、ICT融合（ビッグデータ、人工知能、プラットフォーム）、環境にやさしいモビリティ、デジタルヘルスケア、ESGなど多様な革新産業分野企業が含まれる。

从空间到“增长基础设施”……拓展创业园区功能
此次招聘是旨在为初创企业各个阶段提供定制化孵化服务并营造企业间合作环境的项目的一部分。该项目的重点是建立一个超越简单空间提供的综合支持体系，将投资、技术商业化和全球扩张连接起来。
招聘目标对象为近七年内成立的潜在企业家和初创企业，包括信息通信技术融合（大数据、人工智能、平台）、环保出行、数字医疗和ESG等各种创新产业领域的公司。
该办公空间以共享办公（灵活办公桌）的形式运营，面向拥有约2名常驻员工的公司开放。初始租期为一年，最多可续租两次。

Ce recrutement s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet visant à favoriser un accompagnement personnalisé à chaque étape du processus de création d'entreprise et à créer un environnement propice à la collaboration inter-entreprises. L'objectif est de mettre en place un système de soutien intégré qui, au-delà de la simple mise à disposition d'espaces, articule investissement, commercialisation technologique et expansion internationale.
Les cibles de recrutement sont les futurs entrepreneurs et les startups créées au cours des sept dernières années, y compris les entreprises de divers secteurs industriels innovants tels que la convergence des TIC (mégadonnées, intelligence artificielle, plateformes), la mobilité écologique, la santé numérique et les critères ESG.
L'espace est proposé en mode de bureau partagé (poste de travail flexible) et est accessible aux entreprises comptant environ deux employés résidents. La durée initiale du contrat est d'un an et peut être prolongée jusqu'à deux fois.
La sélection s'effectue par le biais d'une évaluation documentaire basée sur les plans d'affaires, et les entreprises finales sont sélectionnées après une évaluation complète de la faisabilité commerciale, des capacités technologiques, des capacités de R&D et de la volonté de collaborer.
Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficient gratuitement d'espaces partagés (salles de réunion, de formation et salles polyvalentes) ainsi que de mobilier de bureau de base.
