5월 가정의 달을 맞아 효(孝)의 가치를 되새기고 지역사회 봉사자들의 노고를 격려하는 문화 축제가 천안에서 성황리에 개최됐다.
지난 5월 1일, 천안박물관 특설무대에서 열린 ‘5월 가정의 달 경축 문화 페스타’는 시민들의 뜨거운 관심 속에 열렸다.

이번 행사는 전통문화의 아름다움을 시민들과 공유하는 동시에, 보이지 않는 곳에서 묵묵히 헌신해 온 지역 봉사자들을 예우하기 위해 마련됐다.
행사는 오후 1시부터 5시까지 진행되며 세대를 아우르는 다양한 프로그램으로 채워졌다.
태극권 시범과 조선왕조 500년 스토리를 담은 공연, 초청가수들의 가요 페스타 등 문화예술 공연이 펼쳐졌고, 시민들이 직접 참여하는 ‘효’ 가요제도 큰 호응을 얻었다.
아울러 시민사회봉사대상 시상식이 함께 진행돼 지역사회 공헌자들의 노고를 기리는 의미를 더했다.
특히 축제의 하이라이트로 꼽힌 ‘K-조선왕조 궁중 한복 패션 갈라쇼’는 현장의 분위기를 절정으로 끌어올렸다.
박나리 궁중한복 디자인 명장이 선보인 화려한 의상은 관람객들의 시선을 사로잡았고, 세종대왕 역의 장운용 대회장과 정조대왕 역의 양종오 회장을 비롯한 40여 명의 모델들이 무대에 올라 품격 있는 퍼포먼스를 펼쳤다.

이번 행사를 이끈 장운용 대회장은 단순한 주최자를 넘어 봉사와 나눔의 가치를 몸소 실천하는 리더십을 보여줬다는 평가를 받았다.
