심사 결과 최우수상의 영예는 경제기업과의 '기업 재고빵을 증평 돌봄터로 든든하게' 사례에 돌아갔다. 유통기한이 짧은 기업의 정상 재고빵을 관내 돌봄기관에 전달하기 위해 복잡한 공문서 처리 대신 문자와 전화 중심의 신속 전달체계를 구축해 기업의 식품 폐기 및 재고 부담을 줄이고 세액공제 혜택과 돌봄기관 간식 제공이라는 다각적 상생 효과를 거둔 점이 높은 평가를 받았다.
