전남도는 지난 8일 오전 도청 본청 1층 윤선도홀에서 전 직원을 대상으로 한 ‘출근길 청렴 실천 다짐 캠페인’을 펼쳤다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 황기연 전남도 행정부지사를 비롯해 감사관실 직원들과 전남도공무원노조 관계자들이 함께 참여해 출근하는 직원들을 맞이하며 청렴 문화 확산에 힘을 모았다.
이번 캠페인은 공직자들의 자발적인 참여를 통해 청렴 실천 공감대를 형성하고, 깨끗한 공직문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 ‘가정의 달’이라는 취지에 맞춰 직장에서 시작된 청렴 정신이 가정으로까지 이어져, 공직자 가족으로서의 자긍심을 높이자는 의미를 담았다.
현장에 참여한 직원들은 출근길에 직접 ‘청렴 나무’에 10가지 실천 문구가 담긴 열매 스티커를 부착하며 생활 속 청렴 실천을 약속했다. 실천 다짐 문구에는 ▲사익보다 공익 우선 ▲청탁·부당 요청 거절 ▲이해충돌 방지를 통한 공정한 직무수행 ▲예산의 책임 있는 사용 ▲위법·부당 지시 거부 ▲친절하고 공정한 민원 응대 등이 포함됐다.
황기연 행정부지사는 “청렴은 전 직원이 함께 만들어가는 조직의 가장 기본적인 가치”라며 “개개인의 작은 실천들이 모여 도민이 깊이 신뢰하는 ‘청렴 전남’의 밑거름이 되는 만큼, 모든 공직자가 적극적으로 동참해 주길 바란다”고 강조했다.
