이번 간담회는 공공급식의 안정적인 운영을 도모하고 생산자와 소비 주체 간의 소통을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 참석자들은 공공급식 운영의 주요 현황을 점검하는 한편, 최근 발생한 클레임 및 처리 사례를 공유하고 학교와 출하회 간의 상호 건의 사항을 다각도로 논의했다.
