예천군은 21일 도청신도시 패밀리파크와 호수공원, 산합문화공원 일원에서 경상북도와 예천군이 주최·주관한 ‘2026 도청신도시 버블런(Bubble Run)’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 약 1,500명의 참가자가 모여 다양한 이색 체험과 코스를 즐기며 한여름 밤의 무더위를 식혔다. 개회식에는 안병윤 예천군수를 비롯해 황명석 경상북도 행정부지사, 김홍년 예천군의회 의장 등 주요 관계자들이 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.
참가자들은 버블게이트, 버블폼존, 쿨브리즈존, 라이트레이저터널존 등 특색 있게 마련된 테마 구간을 통과하며 이색적인 레이스를 펼쳤다. 코스 완주 후에는 감성 버스킹 공연과 DJ 파티가 이어져 축제장 분위기를 더욱 고조시켰다.
안병윤 예천군수는 “아이와 부모, 지역 주민들이 함께 어우러져 한여름 밤의 특별한 추억을 나누는 모습이 뜻깊다”며 “이번 축제의 에너지를 바탕으로 도청신도시가 한층 더 활기찬 명품 도시로 거듭날 수 있도록 힘쓰겠다”고 전했다.
한편, 부대행사로 패밀리파크 물놀이장과 잔디광장에서 마련된 ‘워터아일랜드’는 22일까지 운영된다. 현장에서는 키즈가든, 워터건 전쟁, 워터 서바이벌, 키캡 키링 만들기 등 가족 단위 방문객을 위한 체험형 프로그램이 펼쳐질 예정이다.

Approximately 1,500 participants gathered for the event to cool off from the midsummer heat while enjoying various unique experiences and courses. Meanwhile, the ‘Water Island,’ held as a side event at the Family Park water playground and lawn plaza, will operate until the 22nd. On-site, hands-on programs for family visitors are scheduled to take place, including a Kids Garden, Water Gun War, Water Survival, and Keycap Keyring Making.
