(영암=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남 영암군이 지역 고용 안정과 일자리 창출에 기여한 기업을 격려하고 지원하기 위해 오는 7월 1일부터 10일까지 ‘2026년 일자리 우수기업 인증사업’ 참여 기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
전라남도와 함께 추진하는 이번 사업은 일자리 창출에 가시적인 성과를 거둔 기업을 발굴·육성하는 프로그램으로, 올해 전남도 전체에서 총 20개 기업을 선정할 계획이다.
인증기업으로 선정되면 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 근로 환경을 개선할 수 있는 다양한 파격 혜택이 주어진다. 우선 기업당 1,400만 원의 고용환경개선자금과 함께 우수기업 인증서 및 인증패가 수여된다.
이외에도 행·재정적 인센티브로 ▲중소기업 경영안정자금 한도 확대 및 이자 우대 ▲3년간 지방세 세무조사 면제 등 실질적인 경영 지원 혜택이 동시에 제공될 예정이다.
신청 자격은 전라남도 내에 본사 또는 주공장을 두고 2년 이상 정상 가동 중인 기업이다. 대상 업종은 제조업을 비롯해 제조업 관련 서비스업, 지식기반 서비스업, 지역대표 산업 등이며, 최근 1년간 기업 규모별 고용 증가 요건을 충족해야 한다. 다만, 세금을 체납 중이거나 근로기준법을 위반한 기업 등은 신청 대상에서 제외된다.
참여를 희망하는 기업은 영암군 누리집(홈페이지) 공지사항에서 신청 서류를 확인해 작성한 후, 7월 10일 오후 6시까지 영암군청 지역순환경제과로 방문하거나 우편으로 접수하면 된다.
