이번에 공시되는 개별공시지가는 총 13만 7,692필지로, 전년 대비 1.27% 상승한 것으로 나타났다.
개별주택가격은 총 9,542호가 공시되며, 전년 대비 1.19% 상승했다.
개별공시지가와 개별주택가격은 토지와 주택의 적정 가격을 공시하는 제도로, 국세와 지방세 부과 기준을 비롯해 각종 부담금 산정, 복지정책 등 다양한 행정 목적에 활용된다.
결정·공시된 가격은 부동산공시가격알리미 또는 군청 민원과·재무과, 각 읍·면사무소를 통해 확인할 수 있다.
공시 가격에 이의가 있는 토지·주택 소유자와 이해관계인은 4월 30일부터 5월 29일까지 이의신청을 할 수 있다.
이의신청은 군청 민원과, 재무과, 각 읍·면사무소를 방문해 제출하거나 부동산공시가격알리미를 통해 온라인으로 신청하면 된다.
접수된 이의신청 건은 재조사와 검증 절차를 거쳐 오는 6월 26일 조정 공시될 예정이다.
군 관계자는 “개별공시지가와 개별주택가격은 세금과 각종 행정 기준으로 활용되는 중요한 자료인 만큼, 소유자와 이해관계인께서는 공시 내용을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바란다”며 “이의가 있는 경우 기간 내 신청해 달라”고 말했다.
