NHarvestX는 농업 현장의 문제를 스타트업 기술로 해결하는 실증 중심 프로그램이다. 단순 아이디어 제안 수준을 넘어 농협 계열사와 스타트업이 실제 PoC(기술검증)를 함께 추진하고, 사업화 가능성까지 검토하는 구조로 운영되는 것이 특징이다.

올해 프로그램은 농협 계열사의 사전 수요 과제와 스타트업 자율 제안을 병행하는 방식으로 진행된다. 농협중앙회와 지역농협을 비롯해 농협경제지주, NH농우바이오, NH농협무역, 농협식품, 농협양곡, 농협하나로유통, 농협목우촌 등 범농협 계열사가 현장 과제를 제시했다.
주요 모집 분야는 스마트팜·생산기술 기반 재배 솔루션을 비롯해 친환경 소재·포장재를 활용한 패키징 혁신, 스마트 제조·물류 기반 생산관리 자동화, 신규 유통·판로 아이디어, 유휴공간 기반 커뮤니티 서비스, 신제품 개발 및 연구 분야 등이다.
스타트업 자율제안도 함께 접수한다. 참여 기업은 생산성 향상, 유통 효율화, 친환경 전환, 품질 관리, 고객 접점 확대 등 농업·농식품 밸류체인 전반의 문제 해결 관점에서 범농협 계열사와의 협업 아이디어를 제안할 수 있다.
“실증에서 투자까지”…농식품 스타트업 성장 연결
선발 규모는 신규 기업과 기존 알럼나이를 포함해 총 8개 팀 내외다. 참가기업은 오는 6월 말 발대식을 시작으로 농협 계열사와 PoC 과제를 구체화하게 되며, 이후 7월부터 12월까지 실증 협의 및 실행 과정에 참여한다. 프로그램에는 정기 멘토링과 산업 필드트립, 전문가 네트워크 연계, 투자 컨설팅, IR 전략 점검, 성과공유회 등 사업화 지원 과정도 포함된다.
이번 프로그램은 단순 실증 지원에 그치지 않고 후속 투자 연계까지 고려한 구조로 설계됐다. 농협과의 협업 과정에서 시장성과 기술 검증 가능성을 확보한 스타트업은 농협상생혁신펀드 추천 대상이 될 수 있다. 초기 기술 검증부터 투자 연계까지 이어지는 농식품 스타트업 성장 생태계를 구축하겠다는 전략이다.

“Directly verifying technology sought by Nonghyup”… Sopung Connect launches AgTech PoC program
Amidst deepening structural problems in the agricultural sector, such as climate change and rural population aging, an AgTech open innovation program is being launched in earnest to directly connect on-site demands with startup technologies.

a startup value-up accelerator, announced on the 18th that it is recruiting participating companies for 'NHarvestX 2026,' an advanced course of the Nonghyup Agtech Youth Startup Campus operated in partnership with
the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation
and
the Korea Agricultural Technology
Promotion Agency.
NHarvestX is a demonstration-oriented program that solves problems in the agricultural field using startup technology. It is characterized by an operational structure that goes beyond simple idea proposals, in which NH affiliates and startups jointly conduct actual PoCs and examine the feasibility of commercialization.

This year's program is being conducted by combining pre-demand projects from NongHyup affiliates with autonomous proposals from startups. Pan-NongHyup affiliates, including NongHyup Central Federation and regional cooperatives, as well as NongHyup Economic Holdings, NH Nongwoo Bio, NH NongHyup Trade, NongHyup Food, NongHyup Grains, NongHyup Hanaro Distribution, and NongHyup Mokuchon, have presented on-site projects.
Key recruitment areas include cultivation solutions based on smart farm and production technology, packaging innovation utilizing eco-friendly materials and packaging, production management automation based on smart manufacturing and logistics, ideas for new distribution and sales channels, community services based on idle spaces, and new product development and research.
Autonomous proposals from startups are also accepted. Participating companies can propose collaboration ideas with NongHyup affiliates from the perspective of solving problems across the entire agriculture and agri-food value chain, such as improving productivity, streamlining distribution, transitioning to eco-friendly practices, quality control, and expanding customer touchpoints.
“From validation to investment”… Connecting the growth of agri-food startups
The selection scale is approximately eight teams in total, including new companies and existing alumni. Starting with an inauguration ceremony at the end of June, participating companies will refine their PoC projects with NongHyup affiliates, and subsequently participate in demonstration consultations and implementation processes from July to December. The program also includes commercialization support processes such as regular mentoring, industry field trips, expert networking, investment consulting, IR strategy reviews, and performance sharing sessions.
This program is designed with a structure that goes beyond simple demonstration support to include follow-up investment linkages. Startups that demonstrate market viability and the potential for technological verification through collaboration with Nonghyup are eligible for recommendation by the Nonghyup Mutual Growth Innovation Fund. The strategy is to establish a growth ecosystem for agri-food startups that spans from initial technology verification to investment linkages.

NHarvestXは農業現場の問題をスタートアップ技術で解決する実証中心プログラムだ。単純アイデア提案水準を超え、農協系列会社とスタートアップが実際のPoC（技術検証）を共に推進し、事業化の可能性まで検討する仕組みで運営されるのが特徴だ。

今年のプログラムは農協関連会社の事前需要課題とスタートアップ自律提案を並行する方式で進行される。農協中央会や地域農協をはじめ、農協経済持株、NH農牛バイオ、NH農協貿易、農協食品、農協養曲、農協ハナロ流通、農協牧牛村など汎農協系列会社が現場課題を提示した。
主要募集分野は、スマートファーム・生産技術基盤栽培ソリューションをはじめ、環境にやさしい素材・包装材を活用したパッケージングイノベーション、スマート製造・物流基盤の生産管理自動化、新規流通・販路アイデア、アイドル空間基盤コミュニティサービス、新製品開発及び研究分野などだ。
スタートアップ自律提案も一緒に受付する。参加企業は生産性向上、流通効率化、環境にやさしい転換、品質管理、顧客接点の拡大など農業・農食品バリューチェーン全般の問題解決の観点から、汎農協関連会社とのコラボレーションアイデアを提案することができる。
「実証から投資まで」…農食品スタートアップ成長連結
選抜規模は新規企業と既存アラムナイを含めて計8チーム内外だ。参加企業は来る6月末発足式を皮切りに農協系列会社とPoC課題を具体化することになり、以後7月から12月まで実証協議及び実行過程に参加する。プログラムには、定期メンタリングや産業フィールドトリップ、専門家ネットワーク連携、投資コンサルティング、IR戦略チェック、成果共有会などの事業化支援過程も含まれる。
今回のプログラムは、単純実証支援にとどまらず、後続の投資連携まで考慮した構造で設計された。農協との協業過程で市場性と技術検証の可能性を確保したスタートアップは、農協商生革新ファンドの推薦対象となることができる。初期技術検証から投資連携まで続く農食品スタートアップ成長生態系を構築するという戦略だ。

NHarvestX是一个以示范为导向的项目，旨在利用初创企业的技术解决农业领域的问题。其运营模式超越了简单的创意提案阶段，NH成员企业与初创企业共同开展实际的概念验证（PoC），并检验商业化的可行性。

今年的项目将农协旗下各成员公司的预售项目与初创企业的自主提案相结合。包括农协中央联盟和各地区合作社在内的泛农协成员公司，以及农协经济控股、农协农宇生物、农协贸易、农协食品、农协谷物、农协韩纳罗分销和农协木川等公司均已现场展示了项目。
重点招聘领域包括：基于智慧农场和生产技术的种植解决方案、利用环保材料和包装的包装创新、基于智能制造和物流的生产管理自动化、新的分销和销售渠道理念、基于闲置空间的社区服务以及新产品开发和研究。
我们也接受初创企业的自主提案。参与企业可以从解决整个农业和农产品价值链中的问题出发，提出与农协旗下公司合作的方案，例如提高生产力、优化分销、向环保实践转型、质量控制以及拓展客户触点等。
“从验证到投资”……连接农业食品初创企业的成长之路
该项目共遴选约八支团队，包括新成立的公司和往届学员。从六月底的启动仪式开始，入选公司将与农协集团旗下公司共同完善其概念验证（PoC）项目，随后于七月至十二月期间参与示范咨询和实施流程。该项目还提供商业化支持，例如定期导师指导、行业实地考察、专家交流、投资咨询、投资者关系策略评估和绩效分享会。
该项目旨在构建一个超越简单示范支持的体系，涵盖后续的投资对接。通过与农协合作，展现出市场可行性和技术验证潜力的初创企业，将有资格获得农协互利成长创新基金的推荐。其战略目标是为农业食品初创企业打造一个从初步技术验证到投资对接的成长生态系统。

Il se caractérise par une structure opérationnelle qui va au-delà de la simple proposition d'idées : les filiales de NH et les jeunes entreprises mènent conjointement des preuves de concept et examinent la faisabilité de la commercialisation.

Le programme de cette année combine des projets pré-demande des filiales de NongHyup avec des propositions autonomes de startups. Les filiales de Pan-NongHyup, notamment la Fédération centrale de NongHyup et les coopératives régionales, ainsi que NongHyup Economic Holdings, NH Nongwoo Bio, NH NongHyup Trade, NongHyup Food, NongHyup Grains, NongHyup Hanaro Distribution et NongHyup Mokuchon, ont présenté des projets sur site.
Les principaux domaines de recrutement comprennent les solutions de culture basées sur l'agriculture intelligente et les technologies de production, l'innovation en matière d'emballage utilisant des matériaux et des emballages écologiques, l'automatisation de la gestion de la production basée sur la fabrication et la logistique intelligentes, les idées pour de nouveaux canaux de distribution et de vente, les services communautaires basés sur les espaces inexploités, ainsi que le développement et la recherche de nouveaux produits.
Les propositions autonomes de startups sont également acceptées. Les entreprises participantes peuvent proposer des idées de collaboration avec les partenaires de NongHyup afin de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés tout au long de la chaîne de valeur agricole et agroalimentaire, notamment l'amélioration de la productivité, la rationalisation de la distribution, la transition vers des pratiques écoresponsables, le contrôle qualité et l'élargissement des points de contact avec les clients.
« De la validation à l’investissement »… Accompagner la croissance des startups agroalimentaires
La sélection portera sur environ huit équipes au total, incluant de nouvelles entreprises et d'anciens participants. Dès la cérémonie d'inauguration fin juin, les entreprises sélectionnées affineront leurs projets de validation de concept (PoC) avec les partenaires de NongHyup, puis participeront à des consultations de démonstration et à des phases de mise en œuvre de juillet à décembre. Le programme comprend également un accompagnement à la commercialisation, incluant un mentorat régulier, des visites d'entreprises, des rencontres avec des experts, du conseil en investissement, des analyses de stratégie de relations investisseurs et des sessions de partage de performances.
Ce programme est conçu selon une structure qui va au-delà du simple soutien à la démonstration et inclut des liens de suivi avec les investisseurs. Les startups qui démontrent leur viabilité commerciale et leur potentiel de validation technologique grâce à une collaboration avec Nonghyup sont éligibles à la recommandation du Fonds d'innovation pour la croissance mutuelle de Nonghyup. La stratégie vise à établir un écosystème de croissance pour les startups agroalimentaires, couvrant l'ensemble du processus, de la validation technologique initiale à la mise en relation avec les investisseurs.
