'걷다보니 통장부자'는 상반기 참여율이 22.1퍼센트에 달하고 누적 참여 인원만 2만 9천여 명을 기록하는 등 군민들로부터 뜨거운 반응을 얻고 있는 걷기 활성화 프로그램이다. 괴산군은 참여자가 급격히 늘어남에 따라 군민의 소중한 예산이 실제 거주하는 주민들에게 온전히 돌아갈 수 있도록 관리 시스템을 재정비하기로 결정했다.
