[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시가 지난 11일 광명시 창업지원센터에서 통합돌봄 대비 사회연대경제기업 모델 고도화 지원사업 역량강화 교육을 실시하며 민관 협업 체계 구축에 박차를 가한다.
이번 교육은 시가 추진하는 통합돌봄 정책에 대한 기업들의 이해도를 높이고, 사회연대경제조직이 지역 내 돌봄 서비스의 핵심 공급 주체로 성장할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
성공회대학교 김연아 교수가 강연자로 나서 통합돌봄 정책의 구조와 국내외 사례를 설명하고 사회연대경제조직의 구체적인 참여 전략을 공유했다. 특히 현장에서 바로 적용 가능한 협력 모델과 사업화 방향을 제시해 참석한 20여 명의 기업 관계자들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다. 교육에 참여한 기업들은 조직의 역할과 정책적 연결 고리를 명확히 설정하는 계기가 됐다고 평가했다.
올해 고도화 육성사업에 참여하는 7개 기업을 비롯해 돌봄 분야에 관심 있는 기업들은 이번 교육을 통해 실무 역량을 강화했다.
