Yuyu Pharma said Tuesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea Bio Meister High School to promote industry-academia cooperation, nurture talent, and connect students with employment opportunities.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on a range of initiatives, including internship and on-site training programs, special lectures by industry experts, customized training classes tailored to biopharmaceutical companies, and recruitment linkages in research and development and manufacturing.

The partnership was established to strengthen practical, field-oriented education and support students in securing employment through customized curricula aligned with industry demand.
Korea Bio Meister High School is the nation’s first meister high school specializing in the biotechnology sector, dedicated to cultivating industry-ready talent in the bio field. Meister schools in Korea are recognized for providing demand-driven specialized education in promising industries and for maintaining high employment rates among graduates.

Yuyu Pharma has previously received multiple certifications and awards related to quality job creation, including the Chungbuk SME Management Award, designation as a Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, recognition as an Outstanding Youth Employment Company and Excellent Employment Company, and certification from North Chungcheong Province for excellence in promoting work-life balance.
