Signs Distribution Deal With CARDIOS at HOSPITALAR 2026 on May 21

Dong-A ST announced that it signed a distribution contract for ‘HiCardi+’ with CARDIOS, a Brazilian company specializing in cardiac monitoring, at the healthcare exhibition ‘HOSPITALAR 2026’ held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on May 21.
The company has already completed preliminary preparations for market entry, following an exclusive sales contract with CARDIO WEB in 2024 and obtaining product use approval from the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) in February 2025. In June of the same year, the company officially launched the product at a local cardiology conference and is expanding full-scale marketing activities.
CARDIOS, the partner in this agreement, is a member of the Italy-based global enterprise Cardioline Group and possesses a strong influence in the cardiac diagnosis and monitoring sector in Brazil. Dong-A ST plans to rapidly increase the market share of HiCardi+ by utilizing their extensive network of medical institutions.
The core product, HiCardi+, is evaluated as a wearable patch-type remote patient monitoring solution. It is equipped with the function to continuously measure major vital signs such as electrocardiogram, body temperature, and respiration for up to 72 hours, and to transmit data wirelessly in real time. In particular, through the dedicated software ‘Live Studio’, medical staff can simultaneously monitor the conditions of multiple patients.
A Dong-A ST official emphasized, “Starting with Brazil, we plan to expand our HiCardi-based digital healthcare business in earnest across Latin America,” and added, “We will focus on achieving tangible results by accelerating our global market expansion.”
