Cerebras Systems
Cerebras Systems priced its U.S. initial public offering at US$185 per share, significantly above its marketed range, as investor demand for artificial intelligence companies continues to surge.
The offering raised approximately $5.55 billion and valued the company at more than $56 billion on a fully diluted basis, making it the largest stock market debut of 2026 so far.
The company sold 30 million shares after increasing both the share count and target price range due to exceptionally strong investor demand.
Founded in 2015, Cerebras develops specialized processors designed to run advanced artificial intelligence models, competing in a market dominated by Nvidia. Demand for its chips has accelerated as AI companies shift focus from model training toward large-scale deployment and inference workloads.
The company reported revenue of $510 million for the year ending December 2025, up sharply from $290.3 million a year earlier. The strong growth reinforced investor optimism surrounding infrastructure providers tied to the expanding AI economy.
Cerebras shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol CBRS.
