HYBE will hold its “BTS The City Arirang” city-wide festival for its top act, BTS, in Las Vegas to hype up fans in time for the septet's upcoming “Arirang” concert in the U.S. city.
The Vegas rendition of “BTS The City Arirang” will take place from May 20 to 31 — in tandem with the band's four performances in the city — and be more extravagant and larger in scale compared to the Seoul version, which focused more on tradition and heritage, according to HYBE.
Major tourist spots, including the Las Vegas Strip, will be lit in red — the theme color of BTS's latest “Arirang” album — and a pop-up store will open at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace from May 21 to 28. The festival will also include BTS-themed parties and exhibitions.
Details can be found on
“The City”

on HYBE's fan community platform Weverse. More information will be unveiled on May 15.
This marks “The City” series' return to Las Vegas in four years. The festival previously took place in the U.S. city in 2022 — the first of its kind for both the boy band and any HYBE act.

BTS began the world tour with three concerts in Goyang, Gyeonggi, last month. The tour spans a total of 85 shows across 34 cities, making it the largest tour ever undertaken by a K-pop artist.
The North American leg comprises 31 shows across 12 cities, including Mexico City and Stanford, California, with all performances sold out, according to the agency.
