[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 현대엔지니어링이 오는 22일 경기도 시흥시 대야동에 들어서는 ‘힐스테이트 시흥더클래스’ 견본주택을 개관하고 본격 분양에 나선다.
단지는 시흥시 대야동 140-5번지 일원에 지하 2층~지상 27층, 5개 동, 전용면적 74·84㎡ 총 430가구 규모로 조성된다. 타입별로는 △74㎡ 24가구 △84㎡A 377가구 △84㎡B 29가구다.
