[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함양군은 지난 24일부터 27일까지 함양스포츠파크 일원에서 운영한 가상현실(VR) 스포츠 테마파크에 유스풋볼 참가 선수와 지역 어린이 등 1,000여 명이 참여하며 성황리에 마무리됐다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 제3회 함양 산삼컵 유스풋볼 페스티벌과 연계해 마련됐으며, 참가자들은 축구와 멀리뛰기, 테이블축구, 양궁, 사격 등 다양한 VR 스포츠 콘텐츠를 체험했다.

군은 실제 스포츠와 디지털 기술을 접목한 체험형 프로그램을 통해 어린이들의 참여를 이끌었으며, 가족 단위 방문객도 함께 즐길 수 있는 공간으로 운영해 축제 만족도를 높였다고 설명했다.

또 폭염 기간 실내에서 안전하게 체험할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공해 대회 참가 선수와 가족, 지역 어린이들에게 다양한 즐길거리를 제공했다.
