(나주=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=에너지ICT 전문 공기업 한전KDN이 지난 25일, 전남 나주 본사 및 운동장 일대에서 ‘ESG 실천과 지역 상생을 위한 노사합동 한마음 다짐대회’를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 전국 사업소와 본사 임직원 및 가족, 노동조합 관계자 등 1,000여 명이 참석한 가운데, 공공기관으로서 ESG 경영을 실천하고 지역 상생 등 사회적 가치 활동을 활성화하기 위해 마련되었다.
행사는 박상형 한전KDN 사장과 최은식 한전KDN노동조합 위원장의 개회 선언을 시작으로, 임직원 대표의 ‘ESG 실천 결의문’ 낭독을 통해 지속 가능한 경영에 대한 의지를 다졌다.
단순한 체육 대회를 넘어 지역사회와 호흡하는 프로그램 구성이 돋보였다. 참가자들은 줄다리기, 장애물 이어달리기 등 명랑 운동회를 통해 친목을 다지는 한편, 경품 및 시상금으로 지급된 ‘나주사랑상품권’을 행사장 내 임시 매장에서 바로 사용하여 지역 상권 활성화에 기여했다.

한전KDN 관계자는 “이번 행사는 임직원 화합을 넘어 노사가 함께 지역 상생의 가치를 실천한 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 나주시를 비롯한 지역사회와 협력해 ESG 경영에 기반한 사회공헌 활동을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
