한국농어촌공사 고양지사가 인권을 존중하는 조직문화 정착과 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 경영 실천을 위해 전 직원이 함께하는 인권경영 실천에 나섰다.
고양지사는 15일 전 직원을 대상으로 '인권경영 서약식'을 개최하고, 모든 경영활동에서 인간의 존엄과 가치를 최우선으로 하는 인권경영 실천 의지를 공식 선언했다고 밝혔다.

이번 서약식은 임직원 모두가 인권 존중의 가치를 공유하고 이를 업무 전반에 반영하기 위해 마련됐다.
참석자들은 인권 보호를 최우선 원칙으로 삼고, 공정하고 책임 있는 조직문화를 만들어 나가겠다는 의지를 함께 다짐했다.
서약에는 ▲인간의 존엄성과 기본권 존중 ▲차별 없는 공정한 근무환경 조성 ▲직장 내 괴롭힘과 폭력 예방 ▲갑질 근절 ▲상호 존중과 배려를 바탕으로 한 조직문화 정착 등 임직원이 실천해야 할 행동 원칙이 담겼다.
