이번 협약은 글로벌 에너지 시장의 패러다임이 ‘설비 가동’에서 ‘AI 기반의 데이터 의사결정과 예측 진단’으로 급변함에 따라, 선제적인 독자 기술력을 확보하기 위해 추진됐다.
