▲ 하동군, ‘찾아가는 도민예산학교’ 개최
[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 하동군은 지난 12일 군청 소회의실에서 경상남도와 함께 ‘찾아가는 도민예산학교’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육에는 주민참여예산위원과 공무원, 군민 등 30여 명이 참석했으며, 주민참여예산제도에 대한 이해와 정책 제안 역량 강화를 중심으로 진행됐다.
교육은 주민참여예산제 개념 설명을 비롯해 지역 현안을 반영한 사업제안서 작성 실습, 참여 주체별 역할과 책임에 대한 강의와 토론 등으로 구성됐다.
참여자들은 조별 토론을 통해 지역 의제 발굴과 제안서 작성 과정을 직접 체험하며 예산 편성 과정에 주민 의견이 반영되는 절차를 익혔다.
하동군은 앞으로도 주민들이 주민참여예산제를 쉽게 이해하고 적극 참여할 수 있도록 관련 교육과 홍보를 지속 추진할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
