오는 10일부터 18일까지 진행되는 이번 투표는 정책 수혜자인 군민의 평가를 직접 심사에 반영함으로써 우수 공무원 선발 절차의 공정성과 객관성을 확보하기 위해 추진된다.
군민 투표 결과는 1차 심사에 합산되며, 이후 인사위원회의 2차 심사를 거쳐 최종 우수공무원이 확정된다. 선발된 공무원에게는 근무성적평가 가점과 성과상여금 최고 등급 부여 등 파격적인 특전이 제공된다.
이번 투표 대상 우수사례는 총 6건이다. 주요 대상은 무인민원발급기 민원서류 수수료 전면 무료화, 개발부담금 과세부담 경감 조치, 납세자 중심의 세무 서비스 개선, 계약이행 통합서약서 도입, 진천 신미(新味) 프로젝트 추진, 지구단위계획구역 내 신재생에너지 설치 등이다.
