이후 해당 신문을 평소 배부하지 않던 관내 상가 등에 총 4회에 걸쳐 5,000여 부를 살포하거나 비치한 혐의를 받고 있다. 특히 조사 결과, 해당 신문은 2024년부터 2025년까지 회당 평균 1만 3천 부를 발행해왔으나, 이번에 적발된 회차는 평균 약 2만 2천 부까지 제작 부수를 대폭 늘린 것으로 드러났다.
