국제의료 실무 세미나·청년 금융교육 등 지역 특화형 프로그램 운영
워케이션 참가자·지역주민 대상 선착순 모집…관광특구 기반 교류 강화
부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)가 워케이션 네트워킹 프로그램 ‘휴앤커넥트’를 7일 오후 3시 휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 센터에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.
부산창경은 서구청과 함께 업무와 휴식을 병행하는 새로운 근무 형태인 ‘워케이션(Workation)’ 활성화를 위해 ‘휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 센터’를 운영하고 있으며, 이를 기반으로 한 네트워킹 프로그램 ‘휴앤커넥트’를 지속적으로 진행하고 있다. 해당 프로그램은 지난해 12월 첫 회차를 시작으로 운영되고 있으며, 이번 5월에는 11·12회차 프로그램이 열린다.
이번 프로그램은 전문가 초청 강연과 네트워킹을 통해 워케이션 참가자와 지역 주민 간 교류를 확대하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 관광특구인 서구 지역 특성을 반영해 의료·웰니스 분야와 연계한 ‘메디케이션(Medication)’ 프로그램을 지속 기획하고 있다는 점이 특징이다.
11회차 프로그램은 국제의료를 주제로 구성됐다. 5월 7일 진행되는 세미나에서는 ‘해외환자는 어떻게 만들어지는가’를 주제로 수도권 대학병원의 국제진료 운영 사례를 공유한다. 순천향대학교 부천병원 국제의료협력팀 이유영 팀장이 강연자로 참여해 국제의료 유치와 운영 실무 경험을 소개할 예정이다.

청년 대상 금융교육까지 확대
부산창경은 대학생과 청년층의 취·창업 역량 강화를 위한 ‘런케이션(Learncation)’ 프로그램과도 연계해 금융 역량 강화 프로그램도 마련했다.
오는 5월 21일 열리는 12회차 프로그램에서는 우리경제연구소 임주은 대표가 ‘청년 금융역량 강화를 위한 재무교육’을 주제로 강연에 나선다. 실생활 중심 금융 지식과 재무관리 노하우 등을 전달할 예정이다.
각 프로그램은 오후 3시부터 5시까지 휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 센터에서 진행되며, 회차별 선착순 25명을 모집한다. 워케이션 참가자뿐 아니라 부산 지역 주민과 직장인, 대학생 등 누구나 참여 가능하며, 구글폼을 통한 사전 신청 방식으로 운영된다.
부산창경 관계자는 “워케이션을 단순한 근무 공간 제공에 그치지 않고 지역과 연결되는 체류형 프로그램으로 확장하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 지역 특성과 연계한 다양한 네트워킹 프로그램을 통해 체류형 관광과 지역경제 활성화를 지원할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 워케이션은 일(work)과 휴가(vacation)를 결합한 개념으로, 새로운 환경에서 업무와 휴식을 병행하는 근무 방식이다. 부산창경은 휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 운영을 통해 체류형 근무 환경 조성과 지역 기반 프로그램 확대에 나서고 있다.

“No More Workcations”… Busan Creative Economy Expands Medical and Financial Networking Programs
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Kim Yong-woo, hereinafter Busan CFIC) announced that it will hold the workation networking program 'Hu & Connect' at the Hu & Work Seo-gu Workation Center at 3 p.m. on the 7th.
Busan Changgyeong, in collaboration with the Seo-gu Office, operates the 'Hu & Work Seo-gu Workation Center' to promote 'Workation,' a new form of work that combines work and rest, and is continuously running the networking program 'Hu & Connect' based on this. The program began with its first session last December, and the 11th and 12th sessions will be held this May.
This program was organized to expand exchanges between workcation participants and local residents through expert lectures and networking. A notable feature is the continuous planning of 'Medication' programs linked to the medical and wellness sectors, reflecting the characteristics of the Seo-gu region as a special tourism zone.
The 11th program is organized around the theme of international medical care. The seminar, held on May 7, will share case studies on the operation of international medical services at university hospitals in the capital area under the theme "How are Overseas Patients Created?" Team Leader Lee Yu-young of the International Medical Cooperation Team at Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital will participate as a speaker to introduce practical experiences in attracting and managing international medical services.

Expanding financial education for young people
Busan Changgyeong has also prepared a financial competency enhancement program in conjunction with the 'Learncation' program, which aims to strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of university students and young adults.
At the 12th program, to be held on May 21, Lim Ju-eun, CEO of Woori Economic Research Institute, will deliver a lecture on the topic of "Financial Education for Strengthening Youth Financial Competencies." She is scheduled to share practical financial knowledge and financial management know-how.
Each program takes place from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Huenwork Seo-gu Workation Center, with a limit of 25 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone can participate, including not only Workation participants but also local Busan residents, office workers, and university students, and registration is conducted via a pre-registration system using Google Forms.
An official from Busan Changgyeong stated, “We are expanding workcation beyond simply providing workspaces into a stay-type program that connects with the local community,” adding, “We plan to continue supporting stay-type tourism and the revitalization of the local economy through various networking programs linked to regional characteristics.”
Meanwhile, workcation is a concept combining work and vacation, representing a work style that combines work and rest in a new environment. Busan Changgyeong is working to create a stay-type work environment and expand community-based programs through the operation of Hue & Work Seo-gu Workcation.
「仕事だけするワークは終わり」…釜山昌慶、医療・金融連携ネットワーキングプログラム拡大
釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山昌慶）が、ワーキングネットワークプログラム「ヒューアン・コネクト」を７日午後３時、ヒューアン・ウォーク西欧ウォークセンターで開催すると明らかにした。
釜山昌慶は、西欧庁と一緒に業務と休息を並行する新しい勤務形態である「ワーク(Workation)」活性化のために「ヒューアンドウォーク西欧ワーケーションセンター」を運営しており、これをベースにしたネットワーキングプログラム「ヒューアンコネクト」を継続的に進めている。この番組は昨年12月に初回を始めとして運営されており、今回の5月には11・12回目の番組が開かれる。
今回のプログラムは専門家招待講演とネットワーキングを通じて、ワーク参加者と地域住民間の交流を拡大するために設けられた。特に観光特区である西区地域の特性を反映し、医療・ウェルネス分野と連携した「メディケーション（Medication）」プログラムを持続企画している点が特徴だ。
11回目のプログラムは国際医療をテーマに構成された。 5月7日に行われるセミナーでは「海外患者はどのように作られるか」をテーマに首都圏大学病院の国際診療運営事例を共有する。順天郷大学富川病院国際医療協力チームユ・ヨニョンチーム長が講演者として参加し、国際医療誘致と運営実務経験を紹介する予定だ。

青年向け金融教育まで拡大
釜山昌慶は大学生と青年層の就・創業力量強化のための「ランケーション(Learncation)」プログラムとも連携し、金融力量強化プログラムも設けた。
来る5月21日に行われる12回目のプログラムでは、韓国経済研究所イムジュは代表が「青年金融力量強化のための財務教育」をテーマに講演に出る。実生活中心の金融知識と財務管理のノウハウなどを伝達する予定だ。
各プログラムは午後3時から5時までヒューアントウォーク西区ウォークセンターで行われ、回差別先着順25人を募集する。ワーク参加者だけでなく釜山地域住民と会社員、大学生など誰でも参加可能で、Googleフォームを介した事前申請方式で運営される。
釜山昌慶関係者は「ワークを単純な勤務スペース提供にとどまらず地域とつながる滞留型プログラムに拡張している」とし「今後も地域特性と連携した多様なネットワーキングプログラムを通じて滞留型観光と地域経済活性化を支援する計画」と明らかにした。
一方、ワークは仕事（work）と休暇（vacation）を組み合わせた概念で、新しい環境で業務と休息を並行する働き方だ。釜山昌慶は、ヒューアントウォーク西欧ウォケーション運営を通じて、在留型勤務環境の造成と地域基盤プログラムの拡大に乗り出している。

釜山创意经济创新中心（CEO 金容宇，以下简称釜山CFIC）宣布，将于7日下午3点在Hu & Work西区工作度假中心举办工作度假人脉交流活动“Hu & Connect”。
釜山昌京与西区厅合作运营“Hu & Work 西区工作度假中心”，旨在推广“工作度假”这一结合工作与休息的新型工作模式，并以此为基础持续开展“Hu & Connect”人脉拓展项目。该项目于去年12月首次举办，第11期和第12期将于今年5月举行。
该项目旨在通过专家讲座和交流活动，促进工作度假参与者与当地居民之间的沟通。其一大亮点是持续策划与医疗健康领域相关的“疗养”项目，体现了西区作为特色旅游区的特色。
第十一期活动以国际医疗服务为主题。5月7日举行的研讨会将以“如何吸引海外患者？”为主题，分享首都圈大学医院国际医疗服务运营的案例研究。顺天乡大学富川医院国际医疗合作团队负责人李裕英将作为演讲嘉宾，介绍吸引和管理国际医疗服务的实践经验。

扩大对年轻人的金融教育
釜山昌京还配合“学习假期”计划制定了金融能力提升计划，旨在增强大学生和年轻人的就业和创业能力。
在5月21日举行的第12期活动中，友利经济研究所首席执行官林珠恩将发表题为“加强青少年金融能力的金融教育”的演讲。她计划分享实用的金融知识和财务管理技巧。
每场活动均于下午3点至5点在Huenwork西区工作度假中心举行，每场限25人参加，先到先得。任何人都可以参加，不仅包括工作度假参与者，也包括釜山当地居民、上班族和大学生。报名需通过谷歌表单进行预注册。
釜山昌京的一位官员表示：“我们正在将工作度假从单纯提供工作空间扩展到与当地社区建立联系的住宿式项目。”他补充道：“我们计划继续通过与区域特色相关的各种网络项目来支持住宿式旅游和振兴当地经济。”
与此同时，“工作度假”的概念融合了工作和度假，代表了一种在全新环境中工作与休息相结合的工作方式。釜山昌京正致力于打造一种“居家办公”式的工作环境，并通过运营“顺化与工作西区工作度假”项目，拓展社区型项目。

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Kim Yong-woo, ci-après Busan CFIC) a annoncé qu'il organisera le programme de réseautage travail-vacances « Hu & Connect » au centre de travail-vacances Hu & Work Seo-gu à 15 heures le 7.
Busan Changgyeong, en collaboration avec la mairie de Seo-gu, gère le « Hu & Work Seo-gu Workation Center » afin de promouvoir le « Workation », une nouvelle forme de travail alliant activité et détente, et propose le programme de réseautage « Hu & Connect ». Ce programme a débuté en décembre dernier et les 11e et 12e sessions auront lieu en mai prochain.
Ce programme a été mis en place afin de favoriser les échanges entre les participants au séjour de travail et les résidents locaux grâce à des conférences d'experts et des activités de réseautage. Il se distingue notamment par la planification continue de programmes de « médecine » liés aux secteurs médical et du bien-être, reflétant les spécificités de la région de Seo-gu en tant que zone touristique particulière.
Le 11e programme est organisé autour du thème des soins médicaux internationaux. Le séminaire, qui se tiendra le 7 mai, présentera des études de cas sur le fonctionnement des services médicaux internationaux dans les hôpitaux universitaires de la région de la capitale, sous le thème « Comment attire-t-on les patients étrangers ? ». Lee Yu-young, responsable de l'équipe de coopération médicale internationale de l'hôpital universitaire Soonchunhyang de Bucheon, interviendra en tant que conférencière pour partager son expérience en matière d'attraction et de gestion des patients étrangers.

Développer l'éducation financière des jeunes
Busan Changgyeong a également mis en place un programme de renforcement des compétences financières en lien avec le programme « Learncation », qui vise à renforcer les capacités d’emploi et d’entrepreneuriat des étudiants universitaires et des jeunes adultes.
Lors du 12e programme, qui se tiendra le 21 mai, Lim Ju-eun, PDG de l'Institut de recherche économique Woori, donnera une conférence sur le thème « L'éducation financière pour renforcer les compétences financières des jeunes ». Elle partagera des connaissances financières pratiques et un savoir-faire en matière de gestion financière.
Chaque programme se déroule de 15h à 17h au centre Workation de Huenwork Seo-gu, avec un nombre de participants limité à 25 par session (inscription selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi). La participation est ouverte à tous, y compris aux participants du programme Workation, aux résidents de Busan, aux employés de bureau et aux étudiants. L'inscription se fait en ligne via un formulaire Google.
Un responsable de Busan Changgyeong a déclaré : « Nous élargissons le concept de "workcation" au-delà de la simple fourniture d'espaces de travail pour en faire un programme de séjour qui crée des liens avec la communauté locale », ajoutant : « Nous prévoyons de continuer à soutenir le tourisme de séjour et la revitalisation de l'économie locale grâce à divers programmes de mise en réseau liés aux caractéristiques régionales. »
Parallèlement, le concept de « workcation » allie travail et vacances, représentant un mode de vie professionnel combinant travail et détente dans un environnement différent. Busan Changgyeong s'efforce de créer un cadre de travail de type séjour et de développer des programmes communautaires grâce à l'initiative « Hue & Work Seo-gu Workcation ».
