지원 대상은 신청일 기준 용인시에 거주하는 18세에서 39세 사이의 미취업 청년이며 1년 미만의 단기 노동자도 지원 범위에 포함된다.
올해는 더 많은 청년에게 기회를 제공하기 위해 동일 시험에 대한 지원 횟수를 연 최대 3회로 제한했으며 지원 대상 과목은 어학 19종, 국가기술자격 및 국가공인 민간자격 등 총 1005종으로 전년 대비 확대됐다.
이번 사업은 2025년 12월부터 2026년 11월 사이 실시된 시험의 응시료를 실비 지원하며 상반기 접수는 5월 11일부터 예산 소진 시까지 진행된다.
