특히 기존 유치 기업과의 취업 연계를 통한 청년 고용 창출을 비롯해 농어촌 기본소득을 활용한 창업 및 고용 확대, 지역 특화산업 육성, 고령친화 일자리 창출, 취약계층 취업 지원 등 노동시장 양극화를 해소하기 위해 다각도로 노력한 점이 평가에서 높은 점수를 받았다.
