대구농수산물유통관리공사는 15일 경북도 농축산유통국과 경북농식품유통교육진흥원 관계자들과 함께 ‘농산물 유통 효율화 및 상생협력을 위한 간담회’를 열고 산지와 소비지를 잇는 지속가능한 유통체계 구축 방안을 논의했다고 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 기후변화와 온라인 거래 확산 등 빠르게 변화하는 농산물 유통 환경에 대응하고, 경북 산지 농산물의 안정적인 판로 확보와 대구 소비시장과의 연계를 통한 상생 기반 마련을 위해 추진됐다.
이날 자리에는 박찬국 경상북도 농축산유통국장, 김철수 농식품유통과장, 정우석 경북농식품유통교육진흥원장과 김상덕 대구농수산물유통관리공사 사장을 비롯한 관계자들이 참석했다.
참석자들은 도매시장 내 주요 물류시설과 경매장을 둘러보며 운영 현황을 점검한 뒤, 농산물 유통 효율성을 높이고 지역 상생 기반을 확대할 수 있는 다양한 협력 방안을 공유했다.
논의에서는 경북지역 우수 농산물의 도매시장 거래 활성화와 소비 촉진을 위한 협력 확대, 출하량 집중 시 물량 분산을 통한 가격 안정화 방안, 온라인도매시장 활용 및 산지와 소비지를 직접 연결하는 유통모델 구축 등이 주요 과제로 다뤄졌다.
김상덕 사장은 “이번 간담회는 대구·경북 농산물 유통 협력체계를 한층 공고히 하고 급변하는 시장 환경에 공동 대응하기 위한 의미 있는 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 경상북도와 긴밀한 협력을 이어가며 지역 농산물의 판로 확대와 안정적인 수급 관리에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Key issues discussed included expanding cooperation to revitalize wholesale market trading and promote consumption of high-quality agricultural products from the Gyeongbuk region, measures to stabilize prices by dispersing volumes during periods of concentrated shipments, and the establishment of distribution models that directly connect production areas with consumption areas, as well as utilizing online wholesale markets.
President Kim Sang-deok stated, "This meeting was a meaningful occasion to further solidify the cooperative system for agricultural product distribution between Daegu and Gyeongbuk and to jointly respond to the rapidly changing market environment." He added, "We will continue to cooperate closely with Gyeongsangbuk-do and do our utmost to expand sales channels for local agricultural products and manage supply and demand stably."
