김 권한대행은 지난 12일 주요 방재 시설인 정지 배수펌프장을 방문해 펌프 가동 상태와 비상 발전기 운영 상황 등 풍수해 대응 체계를 집중 점검했다. 현장에서는 침수 예방을 위한 시 전역의 빗물받이 준설 현황도 보고됐으며, 김 권한대행은 배수 시설이 적기에 정상 작동할 수 있도록 철저한 유지 관리를 당부했다.
