[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도가 올해 하반기 산하 공공기관 정규직 42명을 통합채용한다. 상반기보다 채용 규모를 9명 늘려 지역 인재 확보에 나선다.
채용 대상은 경남개발공사 5명, 경남로봇랜드재단 4명, 경상남도투자경제진흥원 1명, 경남신용보증재단 4명, 경남문화예술진흥원 3명, 경상남도미래세대재단 3명, 경상남도마산의료원 21명, 경상남도환경재단 1명 등 8개 기관이다.
원서접수는 8월 18일부터 21일까지 경상남도 공공기관 통합채용 인터넷원서접수센터를 통해 진행된다. 필기시험은 경남도가 일괄 주관하고, 서류전형과 면접, 최종 합격자 발표는 기관별 일정에 따라 실시한다.
필기시험은 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력평가와 기관별 직무 특성을 반영한 전공시험으로 구성된다. 시험 일정과 전공과목 등 세부 내용은 경상남도 누리집 시험정보에서 확인할 수 있다.
경남도는 공공기관 채용의 공정성과 투명성을 높이고 구직자의 부담을 줄이기 위해 연 2회 통합채용을 시행하고 있다. 올해 상반기에는 9개 공공기관에서 정규직 32명을 선발했다.
강민규 경남도 인사과장은 "하반기 채용 규모가 확대된 만큼 지역의 우수 인재들에게 더 많은 기회가 제공될 것으로 기대한다"며 "공정하고 투명한 채용 절차를 통해 역량 있는 인재를 선발하겠다"고 말했다.

The written exam is administered collectively by Gyeongnam Province, while the document screening, interviews, and announcement of final successful candidates are conducted according to each institution's schedule.
The written exam consists of the National Competency Standards (NCS) Basic Occupational Competency Assessment and a major-specific exam reflecting the job characteristics of each institution.
